Absolute scam, happy to take deposit but don't pay out requested withdrawal and just reply automated messages when contacting. Absolutely criminal

Been waiting since 5th January for a withdrawal. Was told up to 21days and still nothing. Are not replying to emails and on chat just say they will email finance department to chase up but nothing changes. UPDATE It is now the 30th April and I have still not received this. FURTHER UPDATE - After waiting for 6 months I cancelled my withdrawal and tried it again using a different withdrawal method, I still didn't hear anything back until 3rd July when I received an email from a rep following up to check I had received my winnings, I confirmed I hadn't and the rep cancelled the withdrawal on their end and advised me to try again and it has now worked and I have received the £400 into my bank account today.

Requested a withdrawal of £870 on 20/10/24, we are now on 13/12/2024 and I have received nothing!! I deposited and played with my own money too may I add and now I am blocked off the chat and my emails are ignored! Do not use this site. I made a request to withdraw £100 almost a month ago and still no money. When I speak to chat they are either rude or just give me some nonsense about how it takes time to process withdrawals. I recommend sites like freshbet as they always pay out, usually on the next working day.

Wish I read reviews before playing on this very dodgy site . I joined got 400 percent bonus wow , played with 125 pounds . You can't withdraw funds until you played the required wagering . Well I got to £1345 pounds . Then boom everything changed . Played Bigbass 400 spins at 80p spin not one feature nothing , played other games there where the same kept losing . Got a bonus on 40p spins! Went to click continue then the game reloaded and I lost my bonus. When I reported it they said we are making an official complaint and they will be in contact soon via email when I asked for a update they said we have no time frame and since you have no additional information to add they banned me off the chat!

A bunch of frauds. Not all of my wins were reflected against my balance. The closer you get to the withdrawal limit, the less they will record your true balance. And they do not respond to emails. I requested to self exclude and to be removed from their mailing list 10 days ago. But they continued to email me. And then I deposited again not realizing they were the ones I requested to close my account. STAY AWAY.
