Quick, easy, fast payment.

I just sent in a perfectly working Samsung note 20 ultra 5g 128 gb cellphone to these guys. They promised $171, but upon its arrival, "Michael," claims it's adhesive backing came undone.

When the phone was in my possession, I tested its water proof rating(IP68 rated) and placed it into a bowl of water. I pulled it back out and it turned on and to my amazement - a perfectly working cell phone!

They received my phone and claimed its backing "became detached." That'd be impossible if I had submerged it in water - they'd have a non-functional phone in hand.

Long story short, they re-evaluated the phone and I was given the full amount.

Note*** TEST ALL YOUR EQUIPMENT ON VIDEO and then send it off.

I was nervous about shipping out my tablet. I read all the reviews and decided to accept Savegadget's offer. They offered me the most money. It took a few days for the company to receive my tablet. Once they received the item, they contacted me and stated it would be evaluated by the next day. It was actually done within a few hours of receiving it. They stuck to the original offer ( no bait and switch) and I had the funds in my account the same day. I would definitely use them again.

Bait and switch.

I use their service to turn in and Google pixel 8. Estimates on internet web thing we're. running around 150 to $200. Save gadget offered me 150 bucks. So I decided to just send it in to them.

About a week later I get an email that says the SIM card reader is broken and they'll give me $15 for the phone.

I responded that everything was functional when I sent it in. I asked them to send the phone back to me. I would do something more reasonable with it than $15.

Save gadget then came back and said that they had reviewed the phone and the SIM card reader was not working. There were a few scratches on the phone but they would go ahead and offer me $115.

Seems a bit shady to me. There are an awful lot of good reviews on here which was what prompted me to go ahead with them. Anyway. I will not be counted among those.

Michael patiently explained why they couldn't give me the full value expected and, more importantly, how to remediate it with my AT&T so that I DID receive the full amount.

Mike has been extremely accommodating and gone out of way to make sure that I’ve gotten into the phones I’ve been looking for for a fair price! I’m a repeat customer and always will be! Mike did a great job fixing my daughter’s cell phone. He was able to order the part and get it fixed the next day. He was also about $30 cheaper than the other places I called. I will use him again if needed in the future. Hopefully not, lol.

Wish I would have read reviews before choosing SaveGadgets.com, The poor reviews were spot-on with my experience. Initial offer was $631 and they reduced to $500. Said my phone had scratches on the frame, it did not. Then when I refused offer, they countered with$525 price. This is a classic "Bait and Switch" scam. Do yourself a favor and ChatGP SaveGadgets.com before considering - Everything Chat said about their shady practices, I experienced first hand. Also, communications is very poor. Horrible experience. Do not recommend.
