Ordered a sweater that was cute on line. It took forever to arrive and when it did, the colors were a totally different hue. Looked terrible on me and was too small. Am in the process of trying to return it, but they will not give me a full refund. Like the others here, I was first offered $8, then $15 and am going back and forth. Do not order from this company.

We received our sweaters! They are super cute! I wish my sweater was as long as my daughter's because it's a little short for a tall person. The quality is good; the design is great! It took a little longer than expected to arrive, but we are very happy with our purchases! Communication with the company was swift and helpful! The sweaters are made in China.

I purchased a two piece outfit from Sawull. Pants fit. Top too large. Upon request to return merchandise for full refund, I received a run-around from Sawull. My total purchase was $66.98. Sawull first offered me an $11 refund and to keep the merchandise. I responded in request for a full refund and to return the clothing. Sawull then offered me $24, then $31, then $51. I had enough! I have no problem paying the shipping costs to return the outfit. What frustrates me is the lack of service. Not only is Sawull receiving a bad review, Sawull has lost additional business. What company expects a customer to receive less than half of total spent! All I wanted was to return the merchandise and receive a full refund. I had to go back and forth to the point of exhaustion. Enough! Disappointed! Also, cannot locate a contact phone number. Would not recommend! Definitely learned a lesson. Do NOT purchase from this company!!!

Ordered a $60 sweater from a FB Sawell ad (should have known better), after 16 days still had not received and tracking on item says “awaiting to ship”. I reached out to company, but had no response…reached out to PayPal, suddenly company emails me that the item has shipped. Four days later I receive a sweater that looks nothing like the one I ordered. And I do not like it nor would I wear it. I emailed company asking for a return authorization (per their policy), got an email offering to refund me $11 of the purchase price and I can keep the item. I have refused that offer and am asking for a full refund. BUYER BEWARE! Items listed in photos are NOT the items you will receive and you’ll get trapped in a web of back and forth scammery.

Easy to order. I received my sweater in a couple weeks. The sweater is well made and comfortable. I love the pattern. It does run small. I recommend selecting one size larger if you like it roomy.

Don't order from this company. If you don't like what you ordered they will NOT let you return it.

Poor quality, looks nothing like the picture and there aren't any labels, it is like the cheapest. Awaiting their response on what is involved in a getting a refund, hopefully it can be mailed to a location in the us

My order came pretty quickly. I like the sweaters I ordered. They are soft and comfortable. If you’re deciding between 2 sizes go with the larger size.

It happened to me too. I read a lot of reviews and they say the same: it took more than a month to get my sweaters, they don't look nothing like the picture, and the size is not the size offered. Now they want to refund me $22.00. I said no, and they replied 44.00? ?? I read the return policy. They say they have a warehouse in the US. Not a serious company. I hope I get my money back!

This company is in Dubai, and they will not refund you unless you send it back to Dubai!!!!!!!!!! The sweater is cheap and nothing like the picture. At least they were nice enough to return my emails, but absolutely no way am I sending a worthless flammable sweater that took $5.00 to make back to a country I don't trust. Oh... "just send us back the sweater on the other side of the world and we will give you your money back." YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!!!!! DO THEY THINK AMERICANS DON'T HAVE BRAINS??????? The sweater is worthless. The colors and the material are cheap and made in China. There is no way any of these reviews are real. NO WAY

SCAM ALERT! Do NOT order from here! It takes weeks to get and you cannot return! If you try to return, they ask you to keep your order for a discount or pay shipping to CHINA!!

I would not recommend Sawull. The products you receive are not as pictured. I was excited to receive the striped sweater seen in their ads, but I was disappointed that it only slightly resembled the picture. It looks like an amateur made the sweater. Even worse was another color block "sweater" that I ordered. It was not a sweater at all!!! It was a cheap polyester top with a sweater print on it?! Not sure who would wear that but this is not what the ad said. Shipping also takes close to a month. I will not buy from them again.
