I am very excited to feel more confident in my briefs. Ordering was very easy & the products beautiful.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size, and the team quickly got the correct size in my order. Great customer service and quick acting. Great company!

This product has brought me so much more confidence in myself as a first time C-section mom. The ordering process was easy and shipping was decently fast! I would definitely recommend them to other moms and can’t wait to see the results after using them for a longer period of time

Good quality products, that arrived promptly and was so happy with the product, I ordered more.

The company updated me on shipping. It was every time my product moved to a different location.

I forgot to put in my actual required size when placing my order. Payment was done and it was a few hours later that I realized that I hadn’t picked the size that I wanted and automatically it was displayed as S in my order.
I wrote to Saybeam requesting for a change in size in my order and Emma promptly replied that she would make the necessary change. However, when the order arrived, i was horrified to see that the size was not changed and i received the size that i did not want. So, I wrote back to Saybeam to request for a refund but I was pleasantly surprised to see a reply from Emma stating that this error is on them and that she will send me the size that I want with no extra charge. So, am currently waiting for the arrival of the correct size. Thank you so much Emma and Saybeam for being considerate and taking immediate action. Really appreciate it! Hope the correct order arrives soon 😂🙏

I had awesome experience with Saybeam as the updates of my purchases received from their end was swift and smooth transaction. I don't have to worry to look for their team to ask on the status of delivery.

No issues when receiving the items, all are in great condition.

The colors are beautiful and they fit quite well. I got two pairs and both fit comfortably.

I am giving this rating off of customer service alone as i ordered the wrong size and the representative that i'm in touch with went above and beyond to make sure i was satisfied. I have now received the correct size and i'm loving this product. 6 months PP after a C section and i'm already noticing less of an overhang.

Week 3 and my belly actually sits back where it used to.
Not a « little better », genuinely different.
I recommend this brand nice everything was perfect since my order until the delivery!! Special mention to Emma from the customer support thanks so much!! (Delivery in 5 opening days🥰)

Scam
Dont buy

Fraudulent advertising. I received my order and that very day 7/30 I request a return. The website makes a big deal about 30-day window to return “every penny” “no questions asked”.

It’s 8/13 and I’ve now sent them 4 emails requesting a return and they keep replying with more questions and avoidance. Finally, they emailed me to say that they would only refund me 30% and that they “cannot accept returns”.

This is directly contrary to repeated material inducements on their website (yes I am a lawyer).

Avoid this company at all costs. I’m starting to believe it’s actually a scam (if they even post this review)

It’s bought from China for 40 yuan each don’t be scammed by this brand!!
