Purchased the SBC firm and smooth, been using for 6 weeks has done absolutely nothing. Very sticky on the skin and odd smell

Disgusted, with attitude of SBC. I purchased two sets of skincare which were marked as being despatched on 8th December. Tracking number gives no information whatsoever other than to say it will "update, when delivery attempted". SBC were contacted yesterday to say that the order has not been received, person that they have been bought for has since advised that they have developed an allergy to something in the SBC products (I've read reviews on several online sites saying that ingredients have been changed and SBC have admitted this). The allergy issue was stated to SBC originally a few days ago when I first enquired if the order had been despatched. I've now been advised that although yesterday was the latest day that the order should have arrived, to wait until tomorrow before contacting SBC again, as SBC advise that Royal Mail are busy! Today is now the 18th, still no items so rang SBC, their ludicrous response was to allow another five days for delivery as they've sent it and cannot cancel order. Pointed out that it will be virtually Christmas and was advised it's company policy! Absolutely dreadful!! No wonder they don't respond to reviews!

brilliant products, will never use anything else

I have been a user of SBC for a few years now and I can wholeheartedly say that their products are top notch.
I’m a huge fan of the Hydra-Collagen and I buy it in bulk.
The deliveries are always prompt and issue free.

Ordered a birthday (SBCs not mine) surprise bag yesterday arrived today. Great products 1 x litre bottle 2 x 500mls, 3 x 300mls 1x 100ml and a 200ml tube. What a bargain at least 3 of these will be birthday gifts although I'm so tempted to keep them all. The 100ml will be my next travel size. Just brilliant I bought a mystery parcel some months ago and that was good too. Would definitely buy again.

Absolutely love this brand have bought via QVC many times, the collagen is brilliant and just treated myself to the Aloe Vera set a great price you get so much, will be using throughout the summer and helps with my menopausal symptoms as well.

I have been using and loving hydra collagen body wash for a long time, but this latest one seems different. It smells much more synthetic and more pinkly coloured. I contacted SBC but was told the formula hasn’t changed, however I am now experiencing itching, which I never did before.
I loved the scent before and am greatly disappointed.

Habe zum ersten mal direkt bei SBC Skincare online bestellt. Ich bin seit Jahren von den Produkten begeistert und SBC wurde zu meiner Stammmarke bei Skincare-Produkten. Bisher habe ich immer bei QVC bestellt. Dort werden allerdings immer nur ausgewählte Produkte angeboten, und das nur für eine kurze Zeit. Eine Wiederbestellung des gleichen Produktes ist somit fast unmöglich. Deshalb meine erste Bestellung über sbcskincare.eu. Auswahl, Bestellung, Bezahlung verlief alles ohne Beanstandung. Die Lieferung erfolgt aus Spanien, weshalb ich ungefähr eine Woche auf die Auslieferung warten musste, was aber völlig ok ist. Und nun etwas, was ich so noch nie bei Online-Bestellungen erlebt habe. In dem Paket fehlte ein Produkt, dafür wurde ein anderes bestelltes Produkt doppelt geliefert. Kann passieren. Ich hatte mich schon damit abgefunden, weil ich keine Lust hatte mich auf eine zeitintensive Reklamation einzulassen. SBC hat mir mittlerweile per Mail mitgeteilt, dass meine Bestellung ausgeliefert wurde. Mir kam dann die Idee mich direkt über die Rückantwort-Funktion auf diese Mail zu antworten und mitzuteilen, dass es bei der Lieferung zu einem Versehen gekommen ist. In kürzester Zeit hatte ich eine Antwort von SBC, dass sie sich entschuldigen und das vertauschte Produkt schon auf dem Weg zu mir sei. Das doppelt verschickte Produkt konnte ich kostenlos behalten. Und tatsächlich, eine Woche später war es bei mir. Eine so schnelle und unkomplizierte Bearbeitung einer Kundenanfrage habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Das verdient, neben den sowieso tollen Produkten, auch eine 5-Sterne Bewertung im Bereich Kundendienst. Tolle Produkte, tolle Mitarbeiter/innen!

Ho acquistato vari prodotti su qvc del marchio Sbc..non sono per nulla eccezionali come decantano..anzi a me alcuni portano prurito. I gel sono appiccicaticci e molto simili tra loro..cambia solo il colore. Salverei solo i prodotti a base di aloe vera.

I have ordered a number of products from SBC and I have been delighted with all the products. Fast delivery and excellent service from SBC. I would certainly buy again in the future.

Disappointed as I love the SBC ranges so ordered the £39.50 mystery Easter bag worth at least £160 but when I calculated the individual prices of the products received it was under £160.I was reluctant to purchase another mystery bag as the same has happened to me in the past where the content amount was under the expected value.Unfortunately I will not be ordering any further mystery bags again.

We all know the products are great but SBac also has amazingly fast distribution and delivery.

My dry skin's new BFF is SBC's Moisture Cream. Quick delivery, and the results are amazing!

Devo dire che unico prodotto valido e bagno doccia, crema e siero da super mercato se non peggio ! Crema body sculping fa solo calore ma non ho trovato nessun miglioramento ! Prezzi bassi per cui qualità non è da SPA come pubblicizzata : 3 pezzi a 39,90€ parla da solo
