Silencieux s1 commandé le dimanche reçu le mercredi qualitée incroyable et bruit incroyable juste la protection en carbone qui n’allait pas parfaitement j’ai dù tordre légèrement une des 2 pattes de fixation mais rien de méchant je recommande

J’ai commandé mon échappement le 28 août. Nous sommes début octobre, je n’ai toujours rien reçu. Le délai est dépassé.

Sarà anche un marchio rinomato con prodotti di qualità ma ad averlo mai visto! dopo averlo ordinato e pagato sarebbe già qualcosa! potessi dare zero stelle lo fare più che volentieri. Ordine dell'8 di settembre passati i 15gg lavorativi, ancora oggi 7 ottobre sul loro sito dichiarano che per lo stesso mio scarico ci voglion 3-15gg lavorativi semmai qualcuno decidesse di comprarlo oggi! Quindi pubblicità ingannevole che segnalerò all'Antitrust perché dopo la mia prima mail di richiesta informazioni trascorsi quasi i 15gg lavorativi mi è stato risposto di non tenere il conto dei giorni che sono indicativi e che i tempi non sarebbero stati standard e indefinito quando (chi lo sa) affidano al corriere mi avvisano ma intanto i soldi li hanno presi! Se potete comprate altri marchi, neanche la gentilezza di scrivere loro al cliente per scusarsi che poi quanto ci vorrà per produrre uno scarico un mese? Hanno solo una linea produttiva? Mah... Mai più !!!

They advertise the exhaust as compatible with the Ducati DesertX 2026 clearly on the website. The exhaust is NOT compatible and they will not conceed that it was their mistake, making me lose more than 50€ in shipments to return the product.
Ofcourse, they must be the bigger men and say they did no wrong and everything is clear as day and perfect on their side...
Zero customer service.

Acquistato un terminale di scarico il 18 agosto, consegna prevista 21/25 settembre, tale data passa, chiedo informazioni, mi dicono che hanno ricevuto tanti ordini quindi la consegna sarà nei primi giorni di ottobre, il primo ottobre chiedo informazioni, mi dicono che la consegna sarà la seconda settimana di ottobre. Basta ho chiesto il rimborso, serietà pari a zero

Premessa: Metterei meno di una stella . Promettono consegna in 3-15 giorni, son passati 2 mesi e l'estate è finita e io ho pagato fior di soldi uno scarico per una triumph mai pervenuto. Il bello è che il servizio clienti non si degna nemmeno più di rispondere. Avranno intenzione di spedirlo come regalo di natale? Mah! Fatto sta che alle mail nn rispondi e se chiami ti rispondono che non possono darti informazioni oppure addirittura ti invogliano a far reso.azienda veramente poco seria. Ho atteso meno moto e macchina scelte personalizzandole che due silenziatori

Habe Anfang Juni eine komplettanlage für meine r9 bestellt und bezahlt (1890 €). auf der Website steht 4-8 wochen Lieferzeit. Wir sind mittlerweile bei 14 wochen. Auf Anfrage bestätigt mir ein Mitarbeiter dass diese überhaupt erst Mitte September produziert wird. Würde ich nicht weiterempfehlen.

They are scammers. Nothing else.

I bought a new exaust for over a thousand bucks.

They delivered me an exaust with broken warranty seals. A damaged seal during transport is possible, but not two cleanly cut seals. If you ask me, they sent me the exaust of someone who sent it back.

I waited 3 months. The customer support threatened me with legal charges when i wanted a partial refund.

There is absolutely no respect of the support.

Délai un peu plus long que prévu, mais vu la qualité de finition et la sonorité, cela valait largement l'attente. Rien à redire et le SAV est au top

Extremely disappointing customer service – no respect for the customer
Very disappointing experience with SC-Project. I placed an order after being assured that the exhaust would be completed and shipped within the stated timeframe. When that deadline passed, I contacted them and was again given assurances that it would be shipped shortly.
Instead, I was later informed that production was significantly delayed and that I might have to wait until the beginning of October.
This is completely unacceptable. I ordered from abroad and needed to allow additional time for delivery, and I had already arranged and paid a deposit to my mechanic for the fitting based on the information provided by SC-Project.
What is particularly frustrating is that I had to chase them for updates, the promised timeframe was not respected, and the new delivery estimate was completely different from what I was originally told.
A company should be honest about its production times before taking a customer's money. If they cannot fulfil an order within the timeframe they provide, they should communicate this properly instead of leaving the customer to chase them.
I have now cancelled my order and requested a refund.
Extremely poor customer service and very little respect for the customer. I would not order from SC-Project again and cannot recommend them.

Will I ever get my exhaust? Two months later no sign of it ( website stated 3-15 working day) contacted customer services and they stated 6 weeks reminded them their website says 3 day. Have even bothered updating their website so others don’t fall for the false advertising

Ho comprato una moto usata su cui era stato montato uno scarico SC Project. In seguito ad una multa ho scoperto di aver bisogno del certificato di omologazione. Pur essendo la seconda settimana di agosto, in due giorni ho fatto la procedura di richiesta, hanno emesso il certificato e mi è anche arrivato.

My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing.

Instead of contacting me professionally to verify my order, they immediately implied that I might be involved in fraudulent activity simply because the order was placed under one name, another name appeared in the correspondence, and they personally considered my email address to be "randomly generated."

As a legitimate customer, I found this approach disrespectful and unprofessional. There are many perfectly valid reasons why different names may appear in an order, and the appearance of an email address is certainly not evidence of fraud.

Rather than asking for standard verification documents in a polite and respectful manner, they chose to make accusations and threaten to cancel my order unless I explained myself.

Good customer service is based on respect and clear communication. Unfortunately, this company failed to provide either. After the way I was treated, I no longer feel comfortable doing business with them.

I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Ich hatte leider ein Problem mit dem Endschalldämpfer an meiner Honda, wodurch die Motorkontrollleuchte aufleuchtete. Anfangs war ich sehr enttäuscht, da ich den Auspuff eigentlich gerne behalten wollte.

Der Kundenservice von SC-Project hat sich jedoch viel Zeit genommen, mein Anliegen ernst genommen und stets freundlich und professionell geantwortet. Obwohl eine Rückgabe zunächst nicht möglich war, hat das Unternehmen meinen Fall noch einmal geprüft und mir schließlich aus Kulanz den Kaufpreis erstattet.

Dafür möchte ich mich herzlich bedanken – insbesondere bei Herrn Marco Sergio Silvestri für seine freundliche und respektvolle Kommunikation. So stellt man sich einen guten Kundenservice vor.

Mit dem Produkt hatte ich zwar leider keine gute Erfahrung, aber der Kundenservice war ausgezeichnet. Vielen Dank!

Ich habe eine Anlage für meine z900 bestellt bei der stand, dass diese in 3-5 Wochen da sein solle. Nach 5 Wochen hab ich mal nachgefragt und es kam als antwort, dass die Produktion selbst 5-6 Wochen dauert und die keine ahnung haben wann sie es versenden. Produktqualität ist nicht schlecht wenn ich meinen endtopf als Beispiel nehme, allerdings was die Lieferzeiten angeht ist Sc project katastrophe

Ho acquistato un silenziatore di scarico rally raid per tuareg660 in data 2 maggio 2026, il 3 luglio non sapevano neanche quando sarebbe stato prodotto, promettono di spedire in 15 giorni lavorativi, in base alla mia esperienza fatta anche nel 2025 risulta falso

I ordered a carbon GTII, made in Italy, slip-on for my Moto Guzzi V85tt. The delivery was super quick and the slip-on is beautiful.

The problem lies in the intergrety of SC projects. In my case they didn't diliver what they advertise and for me that's dead sin. SC is 100% Italian but their approval certificate is made by the Czech Republic Ministery of Transport. That doesn't have to be an issue but still. The slip-on I bought is advertised by SC as "combined with the slim and sporty X-Plorer Il exhaust cover, will add the finishing touch and enhance the true nature of YOe motorcycle", and they even put a picture of a Aprilia motorbike (on the Guzzi section.....) with the beautiful carbon cover showing.
Because mine wasn't included in the package I contacted the SC costumer service. They reacted within 24 hours with a remarcable statement: on the installation paper there was no cover to be seen so it doesn't come with the excaust! That's not what they made me believe when I red their own discription of the product. Further one was the motorbike on their picture NOT a Guzzi but a Aprilla. Why SC promotes it's excaust including a carbon heatshield shown on a totally different bike nobody knows. Ordering one separately isn't possible because the part doesn't seem to excist and, I quote SC, their not a Moto Guzzi dealer... Conclusion: for 658 Euro (incl delivery) you don't get what you think you bought. My advise is to spend a littlebit more and buy a Akrapovič excaust. I ordered one for my KTM and Akra deliveres exactly what they advertise!
