ScalaBid is a bid documentation service built specifically for US construction contractors. We turn a solicitation package into a complete, compliant submission set: proposal narrative, compliance matrix, drawing inventory, action checklist (CPAP) and deliver it within 24 to 72 hours. We serve general contractors bidding public and private projects. What we deliver in every ScalaBid Submission Package: Complete proposal narrative addressing every solicitation requirement, with technical approach, means and methods, qualifications, and regulatory compliance sections written aganist each contractor profile. Compliance matrix that maps every solicitation requirement to the proposal section where it is addressed. Drawing inventory cataloguing every sheet in the plan set by discipline and sheet number. Action Checklist (ScalaBid's CPAP - Client Preparation and Attachments Package) that lists every contractor-originated document, form, and certification your team must source or sign before submission, with criticality flags and direct references to the solicitation section that requires each item. Most bid documentation services derive their compliance matrix from the proposal narrative. We build the matrix independently, in parallel. This means it functions as a genuine second-opinion audit and catches requirements the narrative may have missed. It also means every drawing sheet is reviewed directly, including scanned PDFs and addenda issued close to the submission deadline. Late addenda do not create compliance drift. All usual file upload types are supported, including direct CAD uploads. The contractors who hire us share one problem: estimators spending 80 hours per bid on documentation work that does not require estimating expertise. ScalaBid removes that work from their queue so they stay on takeoffs, scope and pricing. Our Services include: Pay-as-you-go at $1,800 per bid for contractors testing the service or bidding occasionally. Annual/Monthly subscriptions at $833 to $1,250 per bid for teams bidding consistently.
