Having struggled with growth systems in the past, I came in doubtful that ScaleMyMealPrep would be any different. Once we saw our hiring pipeline stabilize and kitchen staff retention improve after six weeks, I knew the results were real. Still, the pricing feels steep for small operations, and a few feature glitches during peak hours keep this firmly in three-star territory for us.

I was pretty skeptical at first because most growth tools promise the moon and underdeliver. After seeing our order errors drop and sales pick up over two months, I felt more confident in the platform itself. However, the onboarding process was much bumpier than expected, and customer support can take a day or two to respond, which holds it back from a higher rating.

I paid $10,000 to Scale My Meal Prep in four monthly installments for a program that was never delivered. The contract did not disclose mandatory Shopify identity‑verification requirements, including submitting my Social Security Number and driver’s license. After payment, I was told these were required to proceed, which made the deliverables inaccessible.

Despite multiple calls and repeated promises of weekly launches, no website was launched, no ads were created, and no coaching occurred. When I requested reasonable alternatives, they were denied. When I requested a refund, I received threats of legal action and collections, even though the contract contains no such clauses.

My refund requests and documentation deadlines were ignored. I am now escalating through my bank, the FTC, and the Attorney General. Sharing my experience so others can make informed decisions.

Downright predatory when it comes to their tactics on getting individuals on board. Brandon from SMMP was outright aggressive when it came to getting funding from us asap, and never showed us that the “automated cash flow machine” they advertised was ever proven. Wanted close to 10k with no questions asked. Save your money and run your own ad campaign.

Solid experience overall. The team’s communication is sharp, and they really know how to take cold ad traffic and turn it into actual paying clients. We jumped from a slow $5k month to nearly $20k after launching. My only slight critique is that I would've loved a few more proactive updates during the initial website build, but the revenue growth honestly speaks for itself.

The platform and overall structure are decent, but your mileage may vary depending on how hands-off you expect to be. The lead-gen funnel works, but some of the initial ad copy and graphics felt a bit copy-paste rather than truly tailored to our brand voice. It’s a reliable setup for getting foundational systems running, but you'll definitely need to stay active in the driver's seat to keep your brand's personality intact.

I used to look at our advertising and wonder whether we were actually getting anywhere. The reporting and campaign setup gave me a much better idea of what was happening. At least now, we're making decisions based on something.

What I appreciated most is that they focus on sustainable growth, not quick fixes. That mindset aligns perfectly with our goals.
