Prompt, efficient service.

Discount on purchasing 10 scales is great. Despatch and delivery was fantastic. Being in Far North Qld it sometimes takes a couple of weeks to receive goods - this is sometimes due to the despatch. Well done.

I accidently purchased twice the same item as there was a glitch on their website. Scalesmart staff was very hepful to resolve it.

The scales that I purchased are very affordable and the delivery is very fast.

Order was processed very efficiently, packed well and delivered in less than a week .

Everything great except:

Pop up on bottom of website can lead to confusion.
The receipt of an invoice would be great as we are a school and pay by corporate card.

The scales I purchased are very inaccurate for powder reloading. I certainly would not recommend these scales for the ardent reloader.
