Super helpful and friendly!

Price too good to be true?!

Was a bit dubious about the price. 10 balances for $159. But it was actually real. Product arrived promptly and well packaged. No issues with the product as yet.

I paid extra for express postage and still haven't received my scales it's been nearly 3 weeks

Your order #5373 was placed on 29th/May and we dispatched your order on the same day, not 3 weeks ago. We just checked your tracking number, and your parcel was picked up from your local post office today. We are sorry that your parcel is a few days delayed, because it was incorrectly sorted by Australia Post first and then redirected to the correct location.
Although this issue was beyond our control, we would like to refund your express postage. Please get in touch with us.
