Impossible to contact anyone
Didn't have a great experience. I have called multiple times, left a voicemail, sent multiple emails and have yet to hear back. I decided to cancel my son's subscription and will be using a different company. Unsure if we will get his February shipment that has already been paid for.

This is going on my 2nd month I raised it to premium cause I let them select a cologne for me and it wasn't great and also now it's been a delay for some reason on shipping my product after I already paid them I'm not sure yet at ALL about this company yet...

Not happy with my first month
Not happy with my first month. I signed up for premium and didn't know I chose them or how to do so. I thought they would just send me premium fragrances. Once I worked out how it worked and chose my own choices for the year, it was too late and they sent my first months. They sent me a cheap lacoste one, which isn't premium and not something I would use. My first month is wasted

I really enjoy my name brand perfume I get every month to help me decide on what sent will work best for me. I love the different color sleek look to them! This is just an all around great company. Terrible first impression
Terrible first impression! Placed order on 8th December, order in the group not due to be sent out the 21st. Not informed of any delays until the 21st itself, delay now '4-5' business days. Really disappointed that something ordered on the 8th December now most likely won't arrive until around a month later with bank holidays factored in too. Was really excited for this, which felt like such a great idea.
If I could give no star I would
If I could give no star I would. I got this subscription for my 15 year old son. He was so excited, as he is finding his way with grooming and taking good care of himself. The first order arrived, and it was awful. It smelt like rubbing alcohol. I got the subscription with three scents, and they all smelled exactly the same! I figured maybe it was a fluke, and wanted to give them another shot!
The next shipment came. SAME THINGâŠ.SMELT LIKE ACTUAL RUNNING ALCOHOL!!!!!
I cancelled the subscriptionâŠ..or so I thought. Two months went by and no bill after the cancellation, but suddenly the month of December hits my bank account. I immediately log in and send an email. I requested a refund, a cancellation yet again, and told them how awful the cologne was. I do scent bird and I love it, but this was not the same experience. They refused to refund me, told me there was nothing on my account showing I ever cancelled, and when I told them to explain why I have t received product or paid for two monthsâŠ.the simply sent me a cancellation notice!
ð€Šââïž to be honest itâs cheap and it wasnât about the money for me. It was about the company having integrity, and making a situation right!

I'm currently loving Scentbox. The service has been great. While I do wish there was an app available, the selection they offer surpasses many competitors. They have to stuff you want. Excitedly awaiting my next shipment! Although I wish it were faster, usually takes more than a week.

Top Shelf Experience!
No joke. This company is incredible. A coworker convinced me to change over to Scentbox a couple months ago from the competition and I could not be more thrilled. I chose the very convenient and low price of premium (2 scents/month) therefore my 20 year old son gets his choice of THE BEST brands of cologne out there and I pick my perfume. Not only is the site insanely simple to maneuver but the packaging is even gorgeous!!! Exchange policy is great for those picky consumers. I love the very detailed description of each scent and the quiz to match your liking. I am like a kid on Christmas morning every month when I see the GOLDEN ScentBox package arrive in my mail !!! Best purchase ever and Iâm thinking this is actually a ridiculously easy and perfect holiday gift for someone who really deserves. Who wouldnât adore it !?? My experience has been amazing
My experience has been amazing, donât like to write reviews but they deserve it. Iâm a tow truck driver and scentbox fits me perfect.giving it few more months and Iâll start referring everyone I tow to them. Plus if you really like something theyâd give you amazing deals to buy a full bottle.

I have been a subscriber for a few months and I absolutely love the products. Unfortunately my last order was stolen but the sent box team quickly respond to me and helped me and got a new order right out to me!
Had the misfortune of receiving aâŠ
Had the misfortune of receiving a Scentbox voucher as a gift from well meaning friends. I had a look at the scents on offer and wished to trial scents tagged as "Platinum" or "Premium". The website was incredible difficult to navigate and not user friendly at all. I would have happily paid more to receive the upgrade in subscription, but this was not possible through the website. I then emailed the company. They advised that they only update the subscriptions via email or phone. I requested that they phone me on certain times and dates, as I reluctant to provide credit card information via email. They failed to get back to me several times, so I had to chase. Eventually they said that because I was based in the UK, I would need to call them. In the meantime, imagine my surprise when I received an email saying my scent had been shipped! What scent? I emailed them back and they advised they just send it by the 7th if you have not picked anything, despite my ongoing query. They advised that the scent could be returned for FREE though. Naturally I queried whether the free returns applied to those based in the UK - it did not. Honestly, very difficult company to deal with, this is despite my willingness to spend more to receive a product I actually wanted. DO NOT PROVIDE THIS GIFT OR SUBSCRIBE, it is not worth it.

I absolutely love fine fragrances. This is my way to try a new one each month for a great price. The ordering process was very simple also. At this time I can't think of anything you could do better.
Absolute Bonus for Me
This subscription is a bonus for me. I think of it as my self care bonus. I had a problem with social networking literally like so many of us. But this subscription is my new obsession. Being able to choose phenomenal fragrances that normally I wouldnât be able to afford. They give you the option to send back if the scent is not a good choice for you. The cases are cute as well. Definitely a overall win. Again thanks for thinking of people like me. Im in love with this subscription.

I was expecting something different than a little can with a twist lid. The scent was OK it lasted about 1hr . Not for me thanks.
Absolutely garbage service
Absolutely garbage service. Its been almost a month since i payed and its still not here. Good luck, i wouldnt suggest this for anybody. Scentbird doesnt have the best cologne but atleast you get it on time.
Best scent service I've used so far
I've tried other scent services and they are the best so far. I'm really happy with the scent I've received and what really sold me was the 1 exchange per month (I do the 1 scent per month plan). I feel like I'm not taking any risks especially when we all are on a tight budget. I also have been extremely happy with the customer service so far, very kind and I feel like I'm actually talking to real people. Highly recommend!
Lots of scents available
I had a couple hiccups at first, but thereâs no better scent service than ScentBox. They make it easy to try new scents, and exchange them if needed. The atomizers are the best Iâve seen, and Iâve had no problems traveling with them either. Thereâs a whole lot of scents available, including niche houses.
Copy and Paste Customer Service
I have had a subscription for a few months now. I was happy until this months scent was âout of stockâ. Received an initial email saying they would receive their shipment of the scent âany day nowâ and that I would still have me package of two scents per month before the 7-10 business days promise date. I emailed after that deadline came and went asking if I could switch my scent since it was so delayed. I received an obvious cut and paste response from Customer Service. Itâs now been 14 business days since ship date and nothing. At this point I will receive next months scents before Septembers.
