Si el reembolso se realiza entonces si estaré muy satisfecha con la ayuda, aún así la operadora fue muy amable.

Actually mistakenly I was registered with this site when I was trying to make a payment to another online shopping site.After all today I received a sms debiting from my account.After I inquiring about it they explained what has happened.And steps were taken immediately to place cancellation request and to refund the balance to me.I am hoping a positive reply within 10 days for my refund.Thanks.

Si bien la página web esta formulada de forma confusa, cuando yo me inscribí sin querer en la membresía, fui muy bien atendida para resolver ese problema. Informe de mi situación al mail de soporte, me contacte con Edith de atención al cliente, quien fue muy amble, y gracias a ella cancelaron mi suscripción, estoy a la espera de q se efectúe mi rembolso por la suscripción paga.
