Website not accurate
I am so disappointed with this company. I purchased a pair of shoes, not on sale but at whole price. The website stated that for whatever reason you're not satisfied, you can return for a refund. I was not satisfied, and I tried to return the shoes for a refund, but was not given that option my only option was store credit. I did not like any other shoes they had so I had to buy shoes that I wasn't particularly fond of but purchased anyway. The shoes that I got were uncomfortable and cheap looking totally disappointed, but I am stuck with them because I bought them on sale and was told by the site that shoes on sale are not refundable Stay away from this company people they're not honest and the shoes are overpriced, uncomfortable, and cheap looking. Not worth the money .

Very disappointing experience.Unfortunately, the outcome reflects a completely inflexible and customer-unfriendly approach.
The core issue was not simply the âFinal Saleâ policy itself, but how poorly it was disclosed. Important purchase restrictions like this should be clearly and prominently visible at checkout â not hidden behind dropdowns that can easily be missed. This creates a misleading shopping experience.
Despite explaining that the item is completely unusable due to sizing and offering to pay for return shipping, no effort was made to provide any reasonable solution â not even store credit or a one-time exception.
As a customer, this leaves you with zero protection and no support, even when the issue is clearly explained in good faith. I liked the brand before, but after this experience, I will not be purchasing from SCHUTZ again. I will also be sharing this experience publicly to help others avoid the same situation.
Horrible exchange policy
I purchased a pair of shoes online. They did not fit so I exchanged them for a smaller size. Sadly, the smaller size was still too wide. Itâs not listed anywhere in the return center or under the return policy section in the website that exchanges are final sale. Itâs ONLY listed that exchanges are final sale under the âonline orderâ section in FAQ. I called to discuss about even returning the shoes for the store credit and was told this would be escalated only to receive a very impersonal email that my request was declined. Horrible customer service and misleading website. It also took 2 days of calling and several days of waiting for an email to even get a response. Do NOT purchase from here.
Schutz cancelled my order
Schutz cancelled my order . I ordered boots on a weekend last pair . Reached to customer service via email no response, called to see whatâs what . I explained to gentleman I was going out of town and was trying to get a change of address or delayed to ship . Schutz cancelled my order and it was the last item in stock . Why not ask a person before canceling a purchase I let my family know to watch out for the purchase and it wouldâve been fine to ship .

had a very disappointing experience with Schultz Shoes. The customer service was extremely unhelpful and lacked any effort to resolve my issue. I purchased a pair of shoes that unfortunately did not fit, and when I reached out for an exchange, they refused to assist. As a result, I was left with a product I couldnât use and lost my money.
This experience felt unfair and unprofessional, and it raises concerns about the companyâs customer care and policies. I would not recommend Schultz Shoes based on my experience.

I have contacted the company at least 3 x's about the return of a shoe. No response. I don't have the order #, but did send the the #'s for PO and Pick Tkt. This is NOT what I call customer service.

I already had these shoes which I bought from a reputable department store. The heels were covered in suede like the top of the shoe. I brown ones i just received had shiny plastic heels....not the same as the black slides I had with exactly the same name. And then he gave an exaggerated price to explain why my shoes were 50% discounted from the "retail price of $148" which made me ineligible for the return or exchange. I paid $130 for the black ones with suede heels.....So wrong.....

I will never purchase again from Schutz. The customer service has been horrible and I ended up filling a dispute against my purchase with my credit card company. I tried to chat their customer service and it was always down. Iâve left voice mails with no call back. Iâve sent emails - and would get a response almost a week later. I would reply within 30 minutes of their response and again a week later they would respond.

If I could give zero stars, I would. SCHUTZ has some of the worst customer service Iâve ever experienced.
I received a defective pair of shoes that I couldnât even wear. I contacted them within the return window and was told Iâd receive a return label. That never happened. After multiple follow-ups, they completely dropped the ball and then turned around and denied my return altogether.
So let me get this straightâyou sell a defective product, fail to provide the promised return label, ignore multiple attempts to fix the issue, and then refuse to take responsibility? Thatâs unacceptable.
Iâve spent money with this brand for years, and this is how they treat loyal customers. Poor quality, worse service, and zero accountability. Iâm done with SCHUTZ for good.

Refund or store credit
I ordered several pairs of boots from this company, and I love the quality and style. Unfortunately, one pair was too big, and I couldn't wear them. The company would not refund or credit my purchase. So, I'm stuck with a pair of boots that I can't wear. At least with a store credit, I could purchase another pair, and they would have the opportunity to sell the returned merchandise.
Oh no, it's store policy that they do not make exceptions even if it's a couple of days after the 30-day mark. It was sixty days or ninety days. Not even store credit, just terrible
