Horrible, horrible service. This is second time that I have had issues with SCHUTZ and the delivery carrier. It is a scam. My recent order of boots never arrived, however, the delivery people said it was delivered. What they delivered was a tiny mangled package with slingshot like rubber bands. The address, name, and product were all wrong, but SCHUTZ took the delivery carrierâs word that boots had been delivered. It is awful. Stopped payment and no one has yet to reach out as to why. Do not order from SCHUTZ online.

These boots are well made and would be a great buy... except- THEY AREN'T! The shoe sizes are NOT ACCURATE,
I don't mean a little too big or small. I wear an 8 maybe 8.5, for boots I always order a women's size 9.
I bought the first pair, and they came and were astronomically big.The return process is a little lengthy.So to ensure that I got the boots that I wanted in return, I just bought another pair in a half size smaller and sent the first ones back.
The 2nd pair arrived (8.5) and they are literally still a size too big. It baffles me how these could be labeled as my correct foot size.

Terrible!!! Ordered boots for a Christmas gift on November 14th and they just canceled my order on Friday with no explanation or apology!! I contacted them numerous times! Would definitely stay away from this brand - especially after reading the other reviews!
Product was never delivered.
I paid for a pair of shoes that were never delivered. Dealing with this company has been exhausting and extremely frustrating. Customer service is completely unorganized, every time I contacted them, I received a different excuse, and it became obvious that they have no real communication with the delivery services they use.
I exchanged more than 20 emails and made 5 phone calls, each with a waiting time of around 30 minutes, with absolutely no resolution. Instead of helping, they kept sending me in circles.
This has been a terrible experience from start to finish. I do not recommend buying from this company. Hereâs my last email to them.

Just horrible!! I purchased a pair of rhinestone heels and the one heel is seriously defective as it turned and cracked inward on my wearing to an event. I caught myself from falling due and hurt my ankle with this defective heel on the shoe.
Iâve tried several times to reach out to Schutz customer service who lied and said they sent an email which I couldnât find anywhere. I asked them to resend it. But got a email that they were closing the case. Thereâs no number to call to talk in person just email communications. Iâm reporting to BBB and contacting fraudulent product agencies with my sonâs law firm. I sent Schulz pictures of the defective heels to no avail!! Donât buy their defective made shoes!!
They gave me a refund reimbursement to a fraudulent account and Iâve now reported their company and in the process of filing a law suit for my ankle for defective heel that broke on me as I was walking in November 2025.

Absolute worst customer service I have ever had. The only way to contact is via email in which I sent no less than seven emails with one response, which was totally not what I asked. I have no way of getting in contact with anyone. Iâm not sure if anyone even checks the email. This is enough to make me never shop with them again. I sent my first email over two weeks ago just horrible service.

I seriously recommend everyone stay away from this brand and website. I donât know what happened as of lately but it seems like they went from a decent trusted brand to almost like a scam. They use a delivery company from India that no one has ever heard of called Delivery Direct which completely loses your package and never provide a reason why or a solution. Schutz customer service isnât any better, no one has answers. So many people are having the same issue as per their social media but they resort to hiding and deleting comments from people having the same issue: paid and bought and product only for it to either never be shipped or never receive it. Thereâs only one way to describe it and itâs a scam. Someone needs to investigate this level of fraudulence that they keep getting away with.

The reason Iâm giving a 1 star has nothing to do with Claudia, the representative. Claudia was very responsive and resolved my issue timely. Although, Iâve not received my merchandise, I was advised via email that it is on the way. My complaint is it took over 30 minutes to get someone to answer customer service. Iâve purchased merchandise in the past from Schutz, but after this experience Iâm not certain if I will in the future. Customer Service is paramount when interacting with companies.

Purchased a pair of shoes online and the order went thru Facebook. No communication other than the order confirmation. No tracking and when I did finally locate it the number wasnât from a major carrier. They were delivered at 11pm and I received no notification they were delivered. I want to return them and went thru their return request process and thatâs where it ends. They wonât send me a CR code to drop them off. I have emailed multiple times, I have tried calling but all numbers for headquarters just disconnect, I try to chat but never get a real person. I have filed a complaint with the BBB because I canât get them to respond. I have so many of their shoes but I will NEVER purchase anything from them again.
