really unhappy that you increased…
really unhappy that you increased prices for all my subscriptions and I then found an offer for half price St.johns wort on another search engine siteat yor company.....what a way to treat loyal customers!.....needless to say I have cancelled my subscription for this product.

Thank you for your review. As per the email sent to all our subscribers we have had to increase our prices due to increased cost of goods. You still receive our already low prices and an additional 10% discount for being a subscriber. The price you found was an old offer and should have been inactive - this is now no longer available. Thank you for your review. We are not quite sure what you are referring to and can reassure you that you have only paid one lot of shipping as outlined in your confirmation email. At the basket stage you have a choice to pay for standard European delivery or courier delivery but other than this, we are a little confused as to what the issue is. Still not received my order placed over…
Still not received my order placed over a week ago.
I have emailed & now told it should be with me between 5 & 10 days. Website said 48 hours.

Thank you for your review and we are sorry to hear that your order is still not with you. Your order was posted the same day on 48hr tracked service but as our customer services team have explained, for whatever reason Royal Mail has not fulfilled our contracted timeline for delivery. This is very frustrating for you and for us. The tracking shows it is going all over the North of England - we have no idea why it has not just come directly to you. Unfortunately once it is in the hands of Royal Mail, we have no control over their capacity or ability to deliver accurately and on time. If it has not reached you by Weds, please get back in touch with customer services and we will resend your order. We apologise on behalf of Royal Mail for their incompetence and your inconvenience. Thank you.
