Ordering is easy, good clear communication. A useful way to shop bulky items. I rarely shop at in person at Boots now they only have machines, I prefer good customer care. Only buy things I can't get in other shops from Boots online.

I had video call because my cat had been sick and was unusually subdued. I had excellent response. I didn't have to wait long before speaking to a vet. It was good to get reassured as it was the early hours of the morning. I was given good clear advice and this morning my cat is back to his usual self. So although the vet suggested I call back I would not want to block others calls by phoning again this morning. But would like to say thank you. I wish I had this facility in the past with other pets sometimes you just need reassurance that it is not serious issue.

I ordered several samples of Sanderson Swallows, but the one in Misty that I really liked was out of stock. I emailed and had good service with sample arriving shortly after. Ordering was simple and straightforward. I collected my wallpaper from Brewery communication regarding delivery efficient and staff there were friendly and helpful. Love my paper it was completed on Monday. Certainly use Wallpaperdirrct again excellent website with lots of choice.
