all in all their sold product is good looking and... that's it
from practical point is useless if you live in place where winters are -15 C or more. Absolute piece of decor - nothing more. And overpriced too.

I bought a pair of gloves nine days before Christmas because the site stated the order would ship in 24 hours. Of course, the gloves were never shipped, leaving a family member without a present today.

I have ordered gloves and never hear back from them when I leave a message. It says to leave a message and they will get back to you but this does not happen.

I just wanted to know if they were ever going to be in stock but beret got an answer!

The craftsmanship of offered gloves and mittens is very good along with superior quality leather and fabrics used. Packaging is top tier with very fast and efficient shipping. I'm very pleased with my purchase from Schwartz & von Halen !

The products, well, I bought driver's gloves, I never thought that the quality will be so great.
I have used many leather gloves which has been described as "compatible with touch screen", but those from Schwartz Vonhalen are top quality, premium leather and really compatible with touchscreens!!!

Ik kreeg de Alessandro handschoenen voor kerst van mijn vriend. Topcadeau! Hele mooi, comfortabele handschoenen. Mooi, zacht geitenleer. Warme binnenkant van lamswol. Dragen fijn. Staan mooi! En houdeb tot nu toe (2 winters verder) megagoed. Superblij met dit kerstcadeau!

December 2024 heb ik prachtige en elegante schaapsleren handschoenen aangeschaft, gevoerd met wol en kasjmier. Erg soepel!

Helaas zijn deze handschoenen niet geschikt op de fiets, ik heb dan koude vingertoppen.

Je suis très satisfaite de mon achat et des conditions avec lesquelles j'ai pu faire cet achat.
Tout est parfait : la prise de commande, le délai de livraison, la qualité et le prix de mes jolis gants tout en mouton.

UPDATE: The owner contacted me via email and resolved the issue. I was sent the correct pair of gloves I ordered. To make up for the disappointing experience with the customer service team and for the delay in receiving the right pair of gloves, I was offered another pair of gloves for free. I appreciate the effort put into fixing the issue quickly. The products are of good quality and I would recommend them. Amending the rating from 1 star to 4 star

Original review: Terrible experience dealing with the customer service team (Venessa and Jenny). One item in my order arrived wrong. When I reached out via email, I didn’t receive a response till I reached out on the chat and reminded them about the email. Even after this, they didn’t respond to part of my query, which meant I had to send them a reminder again on the chat.

The CS agent took no onus for the wrong glove sent. Instead said that I’m free to return it and had to go to Royal mail to drop it off myself. Not to mention, they didn’t want to give me the contact for the owner inspite of me asking a few times for her contact details.
I was treated like I had asked for a freebie, when in reality, I didn’t receive the glove I paid for. Now I have no choice but to do this as they are unwilling to collect the wrong glove and send me the one I paid for. Terrible experience. I’m surprised some people have had pleasant experience with returns. I was misled by the 5 star reviews.
