1 Stern ist zu viel. Auf die Ware wochenlang gewartet, viel schlimmer ist nun die Post von FedEx, die 32,95 EUR Zollgebühren und Aufwendungspauschale beglichen haben wollen.
Handmade in Italy ist die Werbung, für mich ist das absolute Irreführung des Kunden.

I have been ordering gloves from Fratelli Orsini for several years and it has always been a good experience. My latest, olive hue cashmere lined gloves, are beautiful. Quality is exceptional. Great cut, leather, the fit. Elegant, timeless, and warm, too! And it is nice that ordering, shipping, and delivery is smooth, never had a problem.

These gloves are very soft, warm, and overall comfortable to wear. The only thing to note is that the sizing runs a bit large. My hand measures 7.5 inches, but I still needed to go with the XS for a better fit.

These gloves are by far the most comfortable I have ever wore in my 70 year young life! The grain of the leather is oh so smooth and soft and flexible and cuddly. You truly get what you pay for, look no farther!

My fingers are always cold in the winter, no matter what glover I wear. This winter has been especially cold and snowy where I live. Extremely uncomfortable when I go out. Been looking for gloves all season. I saw the ad for these and decided to try them. After all, it’s only money. What a surprise. They slide on and off easily, feel like they belong on my hands, are thin enough to make doing things with them on easy, and most of all, keep my hands, all the way to the ends of my fingers warm on the coldest days. I love them!

Absolutely beautiful leather gloves!
These were a gift for my husband and he loves them.

The gloves are of beautiful quality leather and lined in cashmere; they offer more accurate sizing than the typical combined sizes most glove companies use so the fit is really nice!
Their customer service was excellent, issuing a prompt refund when a style I had ordered previously had a defect.

Fantastic customer service!! I ordered a pair of black Isabella gloves in December 2025, but they were accidentally oversold, so this company not only refunded my purchase price, but gave me a discount coupon for a future order! I got a email saying that the gloves were available back in January (automated message), so I ordered them then. The gloves are warm and extremely comfortable…and they “fit like a glove”. Beautifully made. They came with a packet of conditioning oil, which is of course meant to protect the leather, but left them a little sticky until it got worked in, which is fine, it just took longer than expected. Again, worth the wait and the money! If I need more gloves I will order from this company, however these gloves are so well made I will expect not to need new gloves for many many years! Thank you!

Buyer beware! I ordered a bag and gloves and had to pay for 3-5 days delivery (as there was no other option). The items arrived 1 month later, I chased this with their ‘customer service’, who were rude and provided false information on when I had ordered the products - which I had to send evidence of! The bag I bought arrived in a ripped cardboard box with no protection other than a plastic bag - the bag was damaged and ‘customer services’ were not interested - they said to replace or return I would have to pay for the return postage, which was non-refundable. I also would not be refunded the importation tax - which I was not told at any time I would have to pay, that was a nasty surprise that FedEx informed me of before they would deliver it.
After spending nearly £500 on bag and gloves, I am now left with very nice gloves, but a damaged bag (damaged across the front of the bag) and no response from the company.

Products are nice but 3 months after receiving my order I've got an invoice from Fedex. 32% duties and fees!
Fratelli Orsini should be much more explicit and even calculate the price for international shipments including all fees. It is not that hard.
This tactic works once. No more Fratelli Orsini for me or my family. If you are shipping internationally, add 30 - 40 % to the price you are paying when you place your order.

Gloves are excellent. Comfortable, warm, they look like they're made with solid materials. I bought these in early January, they arrived about 3 weeks later, which is a bit later than I expected but that's OK, it's really not my issue.
What's not OK is the extra 60$ I was made to pay by FedEx in import fees to Denmark, which were not stated anywhere on Fratelli Orsini's website and were added on top of the hefty 140$ I already paid for the gloves. Their website, in fact, says taxes are calculated at checkout.
You could make the case the gloves are still worth their price if you're reading this because they really are excellent quality, just be wary that if you're buying outside the USA you might get a little surprise.
