Our health system is very discouraging. This was fast, received the help I needed with compassion.

I enjoyed the virtual experience.
The review of my lab work was well done and questions were answered.
I appreciate the Rx changes and choices given.
The only draw back was she spoke very quickly and I had to have her repeat several times to write all the info down.

Phone call virtually was seamless and staff answered all my questions and explained thoroughly.

Answered all my questions and has a follow up date when we will reevaluate things.

I know I maybe have a few preconceived notions about energy and iron and she did listen well about those.

And about how I feel day to day and including about how I feel during my workouts.

I am grateful for her calm quiet listening approach and how she analyzes things and explains herself.

I am hopeful to see changes come my way
And to be honest really looking forward to the functional medicine consult to get a plan for supplements as I have been all over the place doing what I think might be right.

Sheena took the time to discus my symptoms with me and provide real solutions to the problems I’ve been having w weight loss and my hashimotos and hormones she provided options for both

The consultation was easy and great to deal with, the pricing and description of the pricing on product was a bit confusing from what was described.

Considering that I have had ZERO attention and care from the regular medical system, one can appreciate this service. We still need to improve the quality of medical system. The same nurse that helped me here is also working in clinics and hospitals without infrastructure to make this happen for us all.
