Prompt response once I engaged. Clearly some unfortunate circumstances of my own doing lead to my situation - Sam Landis was easy to talk with. Feeling vulnerable, he was all business and no judgement. I had already remedied my situation (somewhat unbeknownst to myself). He reassured me. He did give me some options i could engage them but only if necessary. Was not a sales tactic. I think he genuinely cared and was not interested in the financial potential for himself considering the fear I had from the IRS notifications. We talked through my situation and ultimately did nothing. This reassures me if I need any future help with taxes they would be my first call. I cannot comment on fees as I don’t know what they are. But the fact they didn’t try to sell me business I am comforted that I would call them again or refer them to friends and family to take care of their tax needs.

I had a great experience with Sam Landis. I was very distraught about the IRS Lien on my property, but after speaking with Sam, I felt relieved. The IRS had me spooked after talking with them. Sam told me things about my situation that the IRS never told me. Now I know what direction to go in, without paying the IRS a dime. Don't let the IRS fool or scare you.
