I have been a member for many years and there is always new and exciting courses and programs and that keeps me coming back.

There is no better place for bass players, or those contemplating the bass to be. From total beginner to masterclasses, there is no better designed and executed online learning facility than Scott’s Bass Lessons. It is an everyday experience that I look forward to and I’m sure you would too.

It's not only the best platform to learn bass, but also a fantastic place to hang with fellow musicians.

SBL has helped me to greatly improve my bass playing, which makes life better!

I have been playing bass since 1980, but only had a handful of lessons and they were from a guitar player. I've played in gigging bands ever since, but never really considered myself good.

SBL gave me access to everything I needed to finally learn how to really play more like the way I've always wanted to. I still have a lot of shed work to do, but I have been consistently improving, it's awesome!

It has truly made my life better!

I love the SBL academy! It's great to have a pathway to continue to improve my skills without having to search the internet for what to do next.

SBL has been life changing. I has so much information that it's impossible to get board. It has everything that a beginner to an expert needs to start or improve your bass playing. I love it and it's content. Grateful for the opportunity to share.

There's so much here. I especially like some of the interviews with artists that give insight into what actually matters as a bass player.

The Lessons 1-9 are geared to develop the player, I definitely got better and got good quick through the program! I also like how you can chose your songs and therefore chose which style of music you want to develop around.

Scott's Bass Lessons is a fantastic platform for bass players. The community is amazing and helpful. There are so, so many top notch courses and instructional content as well as just plain fun content.

It's everything they say it is. I have grown by leaps and bounds and at a much faster rate than I had when I first started playing. The entire site is chalk full of great information, the lessons and teachers are all amazing musicians! Well worth the membership!

I love that SBL covers all the styles of bass with a variety of awesome instructors!

I rated myself as a fairly good bassist already, but even if you are a Pro, SBL will show you that you don't know everything

you will improve regardless of skill level. SBL guides new players step by step with players path while also offering more advanced lessons held by a myriad of expert bass players.

This is hard to answer - cause I find almost all of the aspects (courses, mentor sessions and the discussion boards) useful and informative.

As a self-taught bass player I have found the lesson, brochures and videos have been very helpful in improving my bass playing.

The connection with other real bass players of all levels makes LiveClass a fantastically engaging and entertaining way to learn and practice with other people. I've learned so much. And I always have good references to go back to if I want to revisit something I've watched before.

First saw Scott on YouTube doing one off lessons. Took a chance and bought the Playalong package. It was superb. Joined the Forum and later SBL. After my first year as a member I couldn't keep up with everything that was coming out and had no hesitation in joining for life. This is genuinely the font of bass knowledge. Brilliant community, vast array of guest tutors from all walks of music. I genuinely spent months messing round with ideas from a Rich Brown course (and this is just one example), and when I emerged from the shed there were seven more full courses and countless seminars waiting! You will honestly NEVER exhaust this resource.

It's done more for my playing, understanding and appreciation of music in general and bass in particular than any single thing I can think of.

Also I have had a LOT of laughs! This is not a dry dusty classroom, people. Have fun.
