I purchased the peppermint shampoo bar and conditioner and wooden boxes. They are good so far. I also bought the set of 10 reed diffusers not tried them yet but fab way to give you the chance to try before you buy. And I got Ambar Zen Air & Fabric Spray – Amber & Cedar it's amazing. Love it will be ordering it again. Plus I get a diary every year for myself and my future daughter-in-law we both love all it's fab features.

I was sent the completely wrong item ! And no one replying back to me if I wanted avesi I would if gone too savers !!.rather than inform me that it was not in stock or offer a refund just sent a random product out no good

What a fantastic company .Some of the products were not in stock that I ordered and instead of a quick email the company rang me to give options .I opted to wait for said products to be back in stock .I received them earlier than originally thought so they must have sent my order immediately as soon as restocked.They also sent me a stunning journal as a freebie.I first brought off them from a market stall many years ago and now look at them ,very well deserved .I wish I could give a extra 5 stars for customer service.

So happy with my purchase.My home smells divine with my new Roomoi reed diffuser in the celestial gardenia fragrance.Its comes in a lovely bottle and would make an ideal gift for some special.Will definitely be trying some of the other fragrances.Had an excellent service from beginning to end with fantastic communication.

Have ordered from Steph a few times and I’m really impressed with the products and the service she provides. Items are dispatched quickly and delivered really well packaged. Any questions are answered by Steph quickly. My most recent purchase was an Italian diffuser (Alambra) which is huge and highly scented and makes the whole room smell amazing. I ordered the baby fragrance- I don’t think I’ll order this again , nothing to do with the service as it was amazing I don’t feel like it leaves the clothes smelling as fresh.

However I did get the Forrest scent in the multipurpose spray floor cleaner and laundry detergent and I love it !!

And I also got a free diary - who can complain with that !!
