I wanted to book a same-day clinical appointment at the Cambridge centre, which the website did not allow me to book. I requested the person on Chat `Olivia' who found a slot, suggested me to book for the next day and then she rescheduled it for the same day. She was extremely helpful, both with the clarity of the messages, and her inclination to simply help. It was a great experience and I highly recommend the service. Note that, I haven't been tested yet, figures crossed that would also be as smooth as the chat help was.

We ordered our PCR tests required for travel to St Lucia from Screen4 and have to admit that the service we have received has been excellent. There is ALWAYS someone on the phone to answer your queries and today when submitting our test details I had a problem with my date of birth (mistyped by me), I was able to speak to Phil, who quickly and pleasantly sorted out the problem for me. We will definitely recommend Screen4 to our friends.

My pre holiday PCR sample was sent back with the envelope provided. It arrived 7 days later because Royal Mail lost it even though it was tracked(24hr). So I had to pay £160 to get a test done locally (because of the timeframe) even after I had paid screen4. Royal Mail said they would provide compensation but Screen4 would have to complete a form because they are the customer. After contacting Screen4 I received a long e mail from Millie Kirk customer service team leader stating that they wont fill in the form and it is my fault because I did not drive the sample up to Barnsley. The claim form could of been completed by Screen 4 if they had not spent so much time writing a 3 page e mail listing why they wont complete the Compensation form. They offer a service that is inadequate, and could of stated from the outset that I need to drive my sample up to your drop box rather than use Royal Mail 24hr Tracked. This is terrible service from Screen4 and I am one of many customers that have suffered this fate. Do not use this company if you want a guaranteed 72 hour turnaround for test results. Screen 4 are unwilling to help their customers when there is a problem with the service and they have your money.
Use any other test provider and you are most likely to have a better experience than me.
Please see reply which is absolute rubbish as Royal Mail said that I do fulfill the criteria for a claim. It's just that Screen 4 cannot be bothered to send me the claim form or complete it for me.

Just had a web Chat with Jamie to find out to cancel an order and he did this on the web chat sent me forms for my husband and myself this is what you call customer service. I will not hesitate to use this firm in the future. Thank you Jamie Mcgrath

I order my PCR for my holiday to Cuba.
I followed all the rules and sent it off as per Government and screen4's directions. My partner got his results back in the timely manner you'd expect. Mine came through 3 days into our holiday. Safe to say i had to pay an ADDITIONAL PCR test at the airport. When I contacted Screen4 they said it was not their fault and were extremely unhelp. Will never use this service again. I'd advise anyone who can stay in for days beforehand do the at airport tests!

I went to clinic for a PCR and on the way out the heavy door trapped my foot and ripped my trainers off. I spoke to the clinic manager who advised to message the team and that the issue would be escalated to the risk team, this was in summer. I have been e-mailing Screen4 since August, messaging manager, following up with more e-mails this winter and no response. I work for the NHS and this is a patient safety issue that should be addressed and the door should be risk assessed. You cannot be informed about something that has caused harm to a client and ignore it. This is a failure to comply with Risk and Governance policies and I shall escalate this issue to prevent this door harming someone again.

I had a problem uploading the photo of the test , but Elise sorted it out very quickly and was extremely supportive , especially as I was feeling stressed as the flight was same day !

my partner and i used screen4 for our fit to fly PCR tests in december 2021, we posted the tests to screen4 the day they recommended ahead of our flight
long story short, they didnt send us the results until a day after we flew, we had to spend £240 at the airport to get 3 hour pcr tests, screen4 have never responded to our complaint, they even took their pages down, i cant even select barnsley as an option below because they've run and hid after pocketing so much
thats not to mention that when they finally sent back our day 2 return tests, they sent my partner a false positive, confirmed by 7 negative lat flows and 2 negative pcr's from a competent/legitimate laboratory
100% a scam company, we've contacted multiple newspapers and we're looking into who their regulatory body is.

Like many people I was anxious about the timeliness of my test result (after returning my sample via Royal Mail priority postbox tracked delivery) but after emailing Screen4 both Philip Hughill and Jamie McGrath reassured me, clarified what was happening & took personal ownership of my concerns. My test was posted Monday, received at Screen4 HQ Tuesday at 8am (per Royal Mail), couriered to Screen4’s lab and an email acknowledgment received from the lab at 4.30pm (so you should not be concerned by a few hours delay between delivery by Royal Mail tracking and Screen4 acknowledgment email) and results received overnight Wednesday morning around 2.30am. I fly Thursday at 10am so comfortably received my results certificate within necessary timescales. From my experience of timeliness & customer service I would definitely recommend Screen4.

I called the telephone number on the email of confirmation and was put through to Elise expecting the worse. HOW WRONG WAS I.
I explained my issues and within minutes had two new appointments with no hassle, issues or procrastination, Elise saved the day and my holiday.
TOP TIP, ask for Elise should you need any telephone assistance.
