I just want to say thank you to your team for your invaluable help. We did both a uterine microbiome test and a semen microbiome test which showed quite severe dysbiosis. We were put on a protocol by one of your practitioners and my partner has just had his analysis results back and there is no longer any bacteria or round cells which he was seeing in every other previous analysis. His parameters have gone from poor to excellent so we feel much more confident about entering our IVF cycle. Thanks so much!

Very happy with the service provided. The results were very comprehensive with all the bacteria listed with species names and also percentages. I used the ScreenMe test to check my overall vaginal health as I am in my 40s. The test kit arrived on time as stated, and the results report was delivered as promised.

The report gave me clear information about the levels of healthy bacteria and what could be improved to help with itching and discomfort. I also learned about the presence of fungal organisms and different types of bacteria in my body including names I had never seen before.

At first, I was surprised and curious about how so many different microorganisms can coexist in the body, what their role is, and how they may have developed.

I then had a consultation where I was able to ask all my questions and got a recommendation for treatment. I was happy as the results were good but I got info how to grow more certain heathy bacteria which are even more beneficial to those already found in my body in high numbers. I also received a summary report by email afterwards, which I found very helpful as it was difficult to remember everything discussed during the call.

Overall, I found the experience very informative and reassuring. I was pleasantly surprised by how accessible this type of screening now is, and by the level of detail provided in the results. It is impressive what modern science can reveal about our health and how easily this information is now available. Super excited!

As an international customer, I had limited knowledge and understanding of fertility testing due to my cultural upbringing, and I struggled with the idea of addressing such a personal matter without privacy or anonymity.

ScreenMe helped bridge that gap by providing a discreet, comfortable, and accessible way to take the first step. It made the process feel much easier and less intimidating.

Testing was pain free and easy - although very very very expensive. Sending off sample was simple but it took weeks to get a follow up once results were in and rather than make seemingly sensible suggestions as to what needed to be done, lots of garlic capsule consumption was recommended - among other "traditional" options.

Verdict on final written report was far more relaxed than the doom and gloom communicated during the verbal appointment, which was obviously suspicious and pointed to a high degree of inconsistency.

Appointment was on zoom with consultant who was in her back garden sunbathing. It was due to take half an hour but she rushed through it in less than 15 minutes which was disappointing given the cost.

Not impressed and feel let down by not only Screen Me but the whole of the holistic health world to be honest.

I was working with a Nutritionist who advised that this test may be beneficial to me. I’ve been suffering from bladder pain that feels like UTIs for years!

I’ve tried many rounds of antibiotics and was looking at a better way of navigating this awful illness.

I took the plunge, and believe me it is a plunge, the testing cost is nearly £500 for vaginal testing and urine testing.

The sample gathering was stress free in itself. The problems reared its ugly head once I received my results.

As I’m so desperate for answers, at the same time as testing with Screen Me I also did a Fochs Labs Urine Test, which is an enhanced urine culture. I was fully aware when doing both tests that the tests are ran in a different way!!!

However….. the results I received from Screen Me in no way coincide with the repairs from the Focus Lab testing, and I don’t mean in a minor way…. I mean as in, the bacteria shown on the focus test, didn’t appear at ALL on the screen me test. Despite being done pretty much at the same time!!!!

I had my meeting with Screen Me and made my thoughts very clear that I didn’t trust there testing. As how is it possible for such a huge discrepancy! Screen me said they would contact me straight away to follow up. NO communication has been made.

It feels the company is great when they are taking your funds, but not so great when there is any questions or issues.

I also found the meeting with screen me to talk through my results, quite vague. Aside from antibiotics and some vague nutritional info, which I’m already well versed on, no real answers or guidance was given.

I would look into ways of improving your whole health and looking at anti microbial generally before doing this testing, as for me this feels like another closed door and another holistic healing wash out. Of which women in a similar position to mine, experience a lot.

I highly recommend ScreenMe services. Form the moment of order everything went smoothly and professionally. I collected the same at the comfort of my home and didn’t have to travel anywhere. Then posted back and got my results as promised. I was shocked with the details of the results, accuracy and quality of the testing. You don’t have to be a celebrity and pay “millions” to have first class access to newest research and development. Then I had a consultation with the specialist to discuss the results and got advice and treatment. Thank you ScreenMe, you made the experience five stars ✨!

I really wanted to like ScreenMe, the idea behind the service is fantastic, and I’m all for people having more control over their health. Unfortunately, the actual experience was incredibly disappointing.

What started as a simple order turned into a frustrating and expensive ordeal. I paid £12 for delivery when purchasing my kit, which seemed reasonable. But when it came time to return it, I was told I’d need to pay £41 in courier fees, something that was never made clear upfront.

I reached out to customer service hoping for a fair resolution, but the response was dismissive. I explained that I live in a small town in Ireland, where the national postal service (An Post) don't ship liquid samples, and I don’t have easy access to other couriers. Instead of offering a practical solution, they simply said I could “choose another courier,” which completely ignored the constraints I’d already outlined.

This experience has been more expensive, time-consuming, and mentally draining than it should ever be for a health testing service marketed as “easy” and convenient.

If you live outside the UK, be warned. The return process can be costly and stressful, and the company doesn’t seem interested in supporting customers through it.

I genuinely wish this had gone differently, but I can’t recommend ScreenMe based on how this was handled.

It’s been life changing! I’ve done so many tests in the last 3 years and all the gynaecologists kept saying my problems is a ‘new normal’, however here Joanne assured that it is not new normal and we’ll get to the bottom of the problem. The good news was I have no diseases which is what gynaecologists told me, however just found out with this service only that I might have CV. Which is nothing bad for health, however it’s not a way to live either if I’m uncomfortable… Most gynecologist don’t event know about this… I’m so close of sorting my issue and only wish I’ve done this tests sooner it test for sooo many things it’s amazing… I’m grateful , thank you.

Quite literally saved my life. I was dealing with an infection for over a year and a half which was affecting my quality of life drastically. No doctors, including private ones, were able to help me. Did a test and got referred for a private prescription for antibiotics via a pharmacy, and now 2 weeks into my treatment, I feel better than I have in a long time. The follow up consultation was immensely helpful, they provide many follow up care tips/diet suggestions and suggest various products to use to help. Don't let the high price put you off - this service is 100% worth it. Planning on doing another test in the coming months to see how well the treatment has worked!

The test was easy to carry out at home, and although it was a bit of time to get the results, I was given a comprehensive report of what they found. I booked a consultation with Jess, who clearly and thoroughly described my report and went into detail about specific things I could target to get results. I am yet to start my treatment, so cannot comment on its efficacy so far, but I feel confident in the advice I have been given. After having many frustrating experiences with doctors who didn't seem to understand my issues, this experience has felt like a safe and understanding space to address my concerns.

Screenme identified that I had more than normal levels of strep bacteria. They advised this can cause low birth weights, something both my previous babies had. They gave me the correct treatment advise and I delivered a healthy baby at a normal weight!
