Faulty products that you're expected to fix yourself!
8 months after being installed our Koge boiling tap started dripping and running boiling hot water when not in use. After a week of scalding ourselves on the uncontrollable boiling water and getting fed up with wasting water and power heating it we've had to resort to disconnecting the tap and periodically reconnecting it to get water, meaning we don't have a usable kitchen tap or kettle.
So far as a resolution we've been sent a random part which isn't even the correct part to fix the issue, with no explanation of how it should be replaced. Apparently customers are expected to fix Scudo's faulty products themselves for them! How are parts even failing after 8 months on a £300+ tap? The Consumer Rights Act states products must be fit for purpose and last a reasonable amount of time, which theirs are certainly not! They are taking no responsibility at all, absolutely disgusting service. Definitely avoid Scudo products!

The whole experience was great from communication over the phone to talking in person with both Brendan and Tyler. Offered hot drinks on arrival and during the appointment. My little boy enjoyed his hot chocolate.
Both very easy to talk to and professional. Very good at showing the car and ensuring I was happy with the vehicle. Definitely recommend coming here to other friends and family. Thankyou
Terrible Customer Service
Ordered via Tecaz in North Shields. Realised we had ordered the incorrect colour unit. 3 days outside of the 28 days where they will accept returns. The day before the plumber came. It is still in the original box unopened. I offered to drive it back to Leeds to swap for the white one. The refused. Logistics said NO.
Absolutely appalling
Absolutely appalling. I don't usually leave negative reviews but this company is the worst company I have dealt with. We purchased a 4 in 1 Boiling Tap from one of their distributors called Rubberduck Bathrooms for our newly renovated kitchen. They have supplied us a with a faulty tap and since August, we have been trying to resolve this with them. They blame the manufacturer and are nt taking any responsibility. We have provided them with endless videos and emails detailing all the faults and have followed every instruction they have given us and the Tap still doesn't work.
DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. DON'T BOTHER BUYING KOGE BY SCUDO BOILING TAPS.
They don't even deserve 1 star!!

I've been dealing with this supplier for some time now and have recently had the pleasure of speaking with a representative called Daisy. I cannot commend her highly enough! Scudo eco stone shower tray developing holes
We had a scudo eco stone shower tray October 2024 it's now Nov 25 , the resin white top coating is breaking down and holes are appearing , at first we thought we'd damaged it but we get in bare footed and use plastic shampoo bottles and other holes are starting to appear, I suppose when I inform them under guarantee it'll be our fault. Is it worth the hassle of getting a rep out and them saying it's my fault and then getting independent expert reports and going to the small claims court , all of this could take months or I could just take it on the chin replace it with a Mira or Armitage tray and have it up and running by next week . My opinion and belated advise to myself is only buy brand named goods from manufacturers with years and decades of knowledge. My ensuite Mira tray is 10 years old and is as good as new . Mira a British company est 1921 , bit late now but I thought I'd mention it. Oh one more thing if you don't fill in the scudo guarantee within 30 days you won't have one

I would just bypass the middle man with this company and buy direct from China ! The taps are really poor quality and customer service is not great. I'm expecting having to replace the tap, probably just around the time that the warranty expires. Pay a little more and you'll get a far superior product which will last more than a year !!!
Bad experience
Poor quality control allows a leaking tap to be supplied, then poor customer service when they are reluctant to replace it. I won't be using product from this company in the future.
No contact
Have a warranty and require a spare part that’s snapped after a years use, sent numerous emails since May and had one response asking for an image of the part I require. Another 4 emails later and still no response. Very disappointed and still need the part

Scudo does not stand behind its warranty. Website provides for lifetime warranty on taps. When I reported that the chrome tap has bubbles - I was shown a list and ways to clean chrome when I have actually cleaned the tap with chrome cleaners.
Had a part broken on my shower
Had a part broken on my shower, rang Scudo at Harrisons with all the information, told they would send part out for delivery in 4 to 5 days.

Very disappointing
When I first sent an email requesting the price and availability of parts required to fix the faulty lights on a bathroom cabinet I was impressed by the prompt response.
Unfortunately, my first impression quickly turned to disappointment.
Three different people responded suggesting that if I could provide proof of purchase/warranty validation they could look into it. I already had been told that the electrical side wouldn't be under warranty. All I wanted was parts required/price and availability.
Eventually I was contacted to say it wasn't under warranty and no parts were available, even though the unit is only 3 years old.
I can repair it myself but as I supplied it direct to my customer I wanted to go through the supplier.
