L' articolo è stato acquistato per un regalo di compleanno.regalo super gradito, è davvero facile il montaggio, perché è tutto spiegato nei minimi dettagli con un video.

La spedizione,e non dipende dall' azienda , Non è stata piacevole

Uno spreco assurdo
Ma non dipende dall' azienda,ma dalla gestione di DHL con le spedizioni però se dovete fare un regalo,prendete in considerazione questo accaduto. Per il resto , super consigliato

Almost one year ago (June 2025), I paid for an order that was never properly resolved. Despite sending payment proof multiple times, I was told the money was not received. My payment provider later confirmed the funds were transferred to Sculpfun. The refund has still not been issued. I have opened a formal dispute and taken legal action. I should not have to chase a company for nearly a year to recover my own money.

I received my order for Hip Flaks, Good quality with perfect engraving every time. Thank you Sculpfun

Ich habe Anfang Dezember bei Sculpfun Deutschland bestellt und war überrascht, dass die Rechnung ohne ausgewiese Mehrwertsteuer ist. Daraufhin habe ich den Support kontaktiert, dass ich von meinem 30-tägigen Rückgaberecht Gebrauch machen will. Es ist alles noch Original verpackt. Es kommt aber keine Antwort mehr vom Support. Die Firma sitzt im Ausland, Vorsicht Finger weg!!!

Sent email on a Thursday during working hours that I wish to Return the item (unused) within the statutory 14 days Right of Return in the EU. Now it’s Saturday Night and I Still have not heard back where to Return it to.

I purchased a refurbished unit, works well. Initial shipment was missing accessory. I just assumed it was lost. Over a year later, I was contacted about it and they corrected the mistake and sent me the accessory. Easy to contact and very responsive.

Overpriced, No English Support, Horrible Customer Service: NOT RECOMMENDED

Air pump doesn't work, and it's been a month since I've been trying to get service on the inoperable machine!

The post looked like it was going to come from a company which understands English and will support their product; but, I was SADLY mistaken. It's just mislabeled, set up to mislead customers, and create false advertising and false security.

UPDATE: AFTER TWO YEARS OF TRYING TO CONTACT THE COMPANY SINCE I PURCHASED THE UNIT, THEY IGNORED THE FACT THAT I SENT THEM EMAILS AND ARE NOW SAYING IT'S "OUT OF WARRANTY." WORST COMPANY EVER! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

First of all, I want to thank Dela from Sculfun support for her patience and courtesy.
The shipping has been hectic because of DHL (not recommending DHL).
The iCube Ultra dual is a great tool, I am beginner and achieved my first successful prints with an hour.
The mobile app is not perfect, but lightburn is the tool you need and is fully compatible with the iCube.

Good quality products for a good price. The customer service is also very nice to me, they respond quickly and take it very seriously.

I ordered a c1 and came quite quick to UK there was no problems at all with it so will be ordering more in the future

I have worked with Sculpfun lasers for many years now, and I have to say that they have superior user support!
I've been active in the diode laser community for a long time, and overall, the feedback I got about Sculpfun is the best among the diode laser companies out there. Of course, some users still have support issues, but most of them don't. Many people switched to Sculpfun because the other companies provide worse support.
The laser machines are of good quality. Some have some minor issues, but Sculpfun always works on improving their systems and software.

Pour avoir plusieurs machines de la marque, rien a dire , celles ci font ce que je demande sans problème. En 4 ans d'utilisation, seulement 2 pannes résolues en 24hrs via le sav qui est top et rapide malgré un décalage horaire . De plus avec la marque présente sur les réseaux sociaux, on peut facilement avoir des réponses. J'ai hâte de voir la suite maintenant

I've bought several devices from them already. Everything worked well. The devices are top quality, the build quality is very good and the customer support is very good. If you need to reach out to them, you can do so either by mail or by Facebook. They respond usually within 1 day, although you need to keep in mind, that they are a Chinese company with Chinese holidays. Complaining about no respond during their 2 week national holiday makes no sense.
Customer support is the best in the industry, compared to other companies. They are generous and try to solve every issue as fast as possible.

A few days ago I received my iCube Ultra. With this one, I now have three Sculpfun laser machines and several accessories from their brand. I've been buying their products for four years and haven't had a single complaint about the company. Even when I've had problems with one of my machines, their support service has been very quick to respond and help me with my concerns. On one occasion, I had a problem with one of my machines, and they sent me the replacement part instantly. It only took 15 days to arrive in my country, and considering I live on the other side of the world, this shipment was very fast, and I was able to continue my work without any problems. It's definitely an excellent company with excellent staff.

When in trouble, they will always help out. Never seen such commitment.

No quieren devolver el dinero de la maquina, les hemos solicitado ejercer nuestro derecho a desistimiento y no lo quieren cumplir, cuesta mucho que le responda atención al cliente, pero desde que les solicite mi derecho a desistir de la compra se desaparecieron. Que hago ahora, pierdo el dinero?

Sculpfun, so far—after six letters received/acknowledged by Sculptfun—has demonstrated itself to be a dishonest company that does not keep its 30-day return policy for a product that was not removed from the box in which it was delivered. If this fact should change, I'll update my rating

Ho acquistato un accessorio per il mio laser Sculpfun S30 Pro Max direttamente dal sito ufficiale. Il prodotto era indicato come compatibile con la serie S30, ma una volta ricevuto ho scoperto che non era compatibile con il mio modello.

Ho contattato l’assistenza e la risposta è stata: “Hai comprato il prodotto sbagliato. Se vuoi quello corretto, devi pagare la spedizione.”
Nessuna responsabilità, nessuna volontà di risolvere il problema. Solo un “sorry” e la colpa scaricata su di me.

Questo non è supporto clienti, è una presa in giro. Le descrizioni sono ambigue, e una volta fatto l’ordine, non c’è alcuna tutela.
Sembra un sistema pensato per generare confusione e guadagnare anche sugli errori.

❌ Non comprerò mai più da Sculpfun e consiglio a chiunque di diffidare: se qualcosa va storto, resterete soli con un prodotto inutile e nessuna soluzione.

I would highly recommend Sculpfun
It’s my first ever laser and I’ve been so happy with my S30 pro 10w.

Sculpfun customer service is absolutely excellent.

I also use Sculpfun Ra pro max rotary it’s a game changer for doing tumblers, glasses etc

I will be looking in the near future to get a second laser, and it will 100% be another Sculpfun 😊
