Seen on time. Relaxed atmosphere and plenty of time to discuss problems. Never felt rushed.

Excellent. Dr Lytton took the time to understand all my issues/concerns. He did a thorough examination. He was very understanding and realistic about where he could help. Felt very confident in him. He gave several suggestions/pointers. Very grateful to be heard.

The swiftness of the service from enquiry to GP appt.
I received the info. I needed to make a decision about taking a specific medication and the GP listened to my concerns and answered my questions in an honest, transparent way.

Dr Lytton was absolutely wonderful & the first doctor to understand my tricky functional Gut problems! Felt totally reassured & will put all the suggestions into practice . The whole Clinic is such an amazing concept and so appreciated.

SDHC private GP service is really excellent. Easy to book an appointment when you need it, and great to see a very professional GP who has the skills to sort out your medical problems, and the time to really listen, and advise in a considered manner. You don't feel you have to rush the appointment, but have plenty of time to discuss any concerns you may have.

It was like doctoring used to be. Time to explain the problem and its history, I was listened to and made to feel like a participant in the process. The GP’s examination and conclusions were shared with me and made sense.
I do maintain that, when a patient does feel the need to see a doctor, he or she is generally unsure about what’s wrong and can be worried or even frightened, and what the patient wants is information and, if possible, reassurance. It’s better to manage a situation when one has clear information about what one is facing.
Whilst I can’t say I skipped out of the consulting room, I certainly left feeling better than I went in,

At last an opportunity to sit down with a doctor who has time to listen to various ailments, and to feel very comfortable in their presence. Dr Harvey was very thorough and hopefully can help me manage my condition. He took time to review my past significant medical history.
I welcomed the opportunity to use their wonderful machine, although found it a little daunting. This gave me a complete medical in 10-15 minutes!

I was instantly and a very helpful Dr Lytton, dealt with the medical professionally.

Its good to have the option to seek a medical service privately that is a federation of our wonderful GP surgeries. It's a very quick friendly service, that provides you with the ability to achieve what you need when you need it. The information sharing with your GP surgery is accurate and fast, meaning you have continuity. Fabulous and Intuitive idea that is the future. Thank you x
