Cela frise le holdup ils se présentent comme étant les moins chers sur les sites de recherche oui au début mais au final les prix montent et cerise sur le gâteau malgré qu'ils m'ai demandé la longueur de mon véhicule que j' ai déclaré grand + de 4m au moment de monter ils vous découvrent une taxe de 65⬠pour un véhicule haut hauteur qui n'est demandée nulle part lors de l' inscription ni chez aucun autre concurent
Et pour confirmer effectivement le cerbÚre qui garde l' accÚs au pont supérieur est incompétent aprÚs chaque arrêt il nettoie le devant du siÚge libéré mais la pochette devant reste pleine de papiers usagés que nous avons du enlever nous même et en plus il ne trouvait pas la tablette qu' il cherchait à droite alors quelle est dans le montant gauche surprenant !!!!

Oh boy, where to start. This voyage was a complete dogâs breakfast from the beginning and I literally could not wait to get off. Frankly there is too much wrong to list about this service, but in summary: Total Hunger Games chaos in the boarding process (literally the Bangladesh government would order an inquiry into this company if operating there), seats not numbered in any discernible pattern, when the staff are not being outright aggressive (whist boarding everyone like cattle), they are totally indifferent to any customer request. I truly fear for anyone having to abandon ship in an emergency. The staff would all run for their lives and the customers can fight it out for survival. Do not use SeaJets under any circumstances - you have been warned. I caught a Golden Star ferry 2 days ago and it was like the Queen Mary by comparison.

Je suis actuellement (10/09/2025)dans un ferry entre Héraklion et Santorin et je tiens à vous signaler que le personnel du pont supérieur est désagréable et irrespectueux . Il fait une température polaire et ils refusent de lâaugmenter.
Ils sâadressent trÚs mal aux passagers. Câest honteux!!!

Horrible
We were in the port right on time, bit the ferry was 30 minutes late. We weren't notified that it would be late, so we were just waiting there. When we finally got on the ferry the whole crew was stressing so much. They practically shoved us in the ferry and we left the port before anyone checked our tickets. Luggage was just dropped in a rack hoping we would find it back after the trip.
Covid tickets gone / expired; no refund
To make it short:
- we purchased tickets to travel before covid
- covid happened, asked for a refund, offered an extension till 2022. We agreed since the situation was bad for all companies and we tried to be decent.
- we never claimed / consumed the tickets till 2025, i know we should have taken some action earlier.
- got in contact again with the company since we just lost the refund & tickets, and this didnât cost them anything.
- the answer was nothing they can do.
I know we should have reacted earlier, but we thought the tickets are in good hands and that the company will be decent in return too, but itâs not the case.
Next time, Iâll definitely avoid this company, even though i never experienced it but many bad reviews about that already.
The most sinister, decayed, exploitative and morally corrupted companies in Greece.
One of the worst companies in operation in Greece. The owner(s) demands staff members to work a minimum 10 hour shifts, which often become 12-14 hours (!). The wages are ridiculous and they have conveniently exploited their staff for almost 2 decades as they are the only fast-ferries company which reaches so many island locations in Greece. The profits of this company are extreme, (together with the prices onboard their ferries), and in general, this company represents the most sinister, decayed, exploitative and morally corrupted companies in operation in Greece.
Horrible experience for the cost
Horrible experience for the price. The only good thing about SeaJet ferries was that they were the 1st ferry to depart from Heraklion to Santorini right after the strike and the departure was on time. That is it. Boarding process was chaotic and the staff was quite rude. Then the ferry itself...wtf? What do they charge 90+ euros for?! Seats were OK for a two hour trip but there is literally nothing else included in this extortionate cost. You have to pay extra for everything including WiFi which was a complete ripoff as it didn't work half of the time. When I addressed the staff onboard with questions - once again they were rude. Lots of people were seasick including myself. Staff used cleaning detergents which stank of chloride; and if the motion sickness was not enough, that certainly added to the overall suffering. Arrival was 20 min late, though we managed to leave the vessel quickly enough. We are from Finland and use ferries on the regular basis and never have I ever experienced such a poor service and price-quality ratio. Insane prices for such a bad overall experience. Hopefully, never again.
Painful - please buy seasickness tablets
We got the Seajets Super Jet from Paros to Milos - it was advertised as a 4 hour trip, and considering we got a Blue Star Direct Ferry from Naxos to Paros and our good experience with that we thought it would be alright! It was cramped, hot, and about 5 people around us threw up. The ferry was also 40 minutes late and for some reason we were delayed in Naxos for another 30 minutes due to âbad weatherâ - there was 20mph winds at most?
The trip wound up being 6 hours long - we would have enjoyed a longer Blue Star Ferry trip than this! By the time we got to Milos we had dinner and went straight to bed as we were too burnt out from the experience. Have learnt a valuable lesson! You will have a better experience on Blue Star even if the trip is longer.
Esperienza vomitevole
Dopo essere arrivati a prenderci al porto di Milos con unâora e mezza di ritardo il capitano ha ben pensato di provare a recuperare andando a tavoletta per tutta la tratta fino ad Atene, nonostante il mare mosso. Risultato? Bagagli inzuppati dâacqua, coda ai bagni di gente che stava male, vomitato 6 volte e ritardo aumentato a 3 ore.

Nous devions faire le 30/09 Amorgos=>Santorin puis Santorin=>Ios
4 traversées avec SEAJETS en 15 jours de voyage. (Chaque traversée 76⬠par personne !) 3 fois en retard avec plus de 2h sur un transfert. Dont 1 qui nous a couté une nuit dâhÃŽtel à Santorin avec les transferts Taxi. Avec ce retard notre correspondance était partie avant notre arrivée. Nous avons pu modifier notre traversée sans frais supplémentaire mais aucune indemnité de la part de Seajets sur lâhÃŽtel et les taxis pour dormir à Santorin et la nuit perdue sur notre hÃŽtel à IOS. Conseil : ne pas réserver 2 traversées dans la même journée.
First trip perfect, but second trip...
When we booked a fare from Heraklion to Naxos, the ferry was pretty smooth and everyone was directed and seated well. It's normal that there are a lot of passengers rushing through. Of course the vessel we had was 'PowerJet'.
On the other hand, our ferry from Naxos to Athens was catastrophic in the end, we had a delayed arrival at Athens for 2 hours. The vessel was 'ExpressJet', a smaller variant, albeit a ferry which oversold the fares. There were too many people, staff direction was horrendous at the time we had to disembark + unruly passengers trying to desperately take their luggages as if they would be lost in the void. We were seated somewhere where we smelled through the whole journey gasoline, which made me dizzy. Horrible second trip with EasyJets
So 2 stars off! Please do not oversell the trip!

Malgré tout le nécessaire fait par travel sweety, nous n étions pas enregistrés pour l excursion du jour. Retard de l arrivée du car pour nous amener au port, nous n étions pas sur sa liste, ne nous a pas pris : appel à la responsable, il était trÚs tÃŽt, taxi commandée pour aller au port. Arrivée au port, toujours pas sur la liste, un responsable nous dit, pas possible, revenez demain....bus pour excursions, toujours pas pris en compte etc etc...cela a été non pas une visite de détente où nous étions pris en charge mais plutÃŽt un marathon pour avancer au fur et je mesure de notre déplacement. Nous sommes 2 personnes âgées avec 2 jeunes adultes, folklo ! Nervosité ! Et Tutti quanti... L agence de l hÃŽtel a fait un petit geste mais cela n est rien face a la dépense de la journée, 170⬠x 4 = 680â¬... J étais furieuse, désemparée et anéantie....

We got the jet from Santorini to Athens. Diabolical how they treat people. Herding you on to car deck like cattle. Making you wait in car deck while ramp goes up and jet starts moving. Waiting in semi darkness in 40 degs, we were suffering. Staff seemed amused by it. I would never travel with them again because they made me feel less than human. Just a number, a dumb animal not entitled to question or complain
Full chaos on board
Everyone just sits down wherever they want and then the crew doesnât care and sends you to another seat if yours already taken. After that the crew is disrespectful to you for taking this seat when somebody wants to take now the seat youâre sitting at assigned by the crew. Full chaos. Avoid if possible. Additionally your ferry is typically late by an hour

Impossible d'avoir les billets en lignes. Lien ne fonctionne pas, mais par contre les factures au guichet et pas aimable. En plus, en retard à l'aller sans explications et excuses. Pour le retour, nous avons reçu 4 mails et SMS pour nous préciser que le bateau serait en retard à chaque fois fois retardé. Pour passer de 20h à 22h pour partir en plus en retard et arrivés à Santorin avec plus d'une heure du matin à la place de 22h. Et toujours sans explications et excuses. A éviter absolument

Prix exorbitant du billet, et de tout le reste bien au dessus de ses concurrents pour bien moins de qualités à tout les niveaux et le ponpon 7 euros le wifi, compagnie à éviter à tout prix, soit vous êtes bon nageur, ou vous disposez d'une barque, vous serez toujours mieux lotie

No funciona nada. Terrible experiencia en el check-in. Hacen que las personas hagan fila al sol casi por una hora. El trato a las personas es terrible, te gritan y te tratan cómo si fueran ganado, después de un retraso de dos horas, tienen la cara de afanarte para que ingreses rápido (entre cientos de persona). El sistema de información es nulo, tanto en el puerto como en el bote. Busca siempre otra opción.
