Katastrophale Dienstleistungen! Buchung mit Camper nicht möglich. Reservation per Mail werden abgelehnt. Mitarbeiter in der Garage haben vor Wut meinen Außenspiegel kaputtgeschlagen!
Steinzeitartige Zustände, würde mich nicht wundern, wenn es auch Diese Gesellschaft bald nicht mehr gäbe!!!

This company is absolutely hopeless.

We booked 3 ferries with Sea Jets. 2 were cancelled and the other was delayed over 30 minutes.

They tried their best to ruin our holiday.

Will never book with them again

Per la prima volta dopo 9 tratte seajet prese in tre anni la nave è stata sorprendentemente in orario ma la gestione delle valigie (e dei passeggeri) all'arrivo è stata molto caotica. L'equipaggio ha fatto scendere tutti dalla nave e successivamente
ha scaricato solo alcune delle valigie depositate a poppa nella parte esterna della nave (facendole rotolare sulla passerella e rischiando anche che si rompessero) mentre per altre valigie è stato necessario andarle a recuperare direttamente sulla nave. Il risultato è stato di avere una calca di persone sul molo alla ricerca della propria valigia sotto il sole cocente con la nave a motore acceso quindi con un'aria inquinata e irrespirabile sotto il naso (per almeno 10 minuti) e successivamente un via vai di persone su e giù dalla passerella che recuperavano la/le propria/e valigie che non erano state scaricate dall'equipaggio. In tutto questo nè l'equipaggio nè gli assistenti del porto hanno fornito informazioni ai passeggeri né prima né durante con conseguente disagio per il timore di non riuscire a recuperare la propria valigia. Situazione peraltro anche pericolosa perché i passeggeri erano tutti molto vicini alla passerella nel tentativo di vedere dove fosse la propria valigia o di capire come poterle recuperare. Probabilmente una maggiore concorrenza porterebbe questa compagnia ad approcciarsi in modo più professionale nei confronti dei preziosi clienti che tutti i giorni pagano il biglietto (peraltro non proprio economico)

Mehrmalige Fahrplanänderungen, zum Teil auch sehr kurzfristig. Angegebene Fahrzeiten wurden nicht ansatzweise eingehalten, Fahrt Folegandros - Piräus: Hin- und Rückfahrt jeweils über 1 1/2Stunden länger als angegeben. Toiletten bereits nach Kurzem verstopft und nicht benutzbar.

Horrible company to travel with.

60 euro for one hour and 20 mins. First of all its overpriced. Second of all they stuck all of us in the garage and the ship took off. It was horrible. 500 people stuck next to each other at 35 degrees+ along with the cars which created a hard to breathe atmosphere. then they boarded us on the move from two stairs that can only accommodate one person at a time as they are very narrow. So you have to wait at the garage with all the fumes for 20 minutes plus. This is not service for the money paid. I would value this at 20 euro maximum. I am happy I did not bring my baby together.

Same scenario they stuck us all in the garage and took off. 20 minutes suffocating and then 20 minutes of normal travel as the trip is around 40 minutes. All this excitement for only 50 euros.

Just use the big ships to travel. don't take seajet. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS

Awful, ferry was late and when it arrived it was old and overcrowded. The crew only opened one exit to disembark which meant it took 20 minutes to get off the ferry. Now our next trip and been delayed by 6 hours. Terrible company.

Overcrowded decrepid ferries. No air conditioning and don't bother booking a seat. Terrible 4 hour journey.

Pessimi…ti cambiano gli orari con un banale msg, senza aver la possibilità di rispondere/contestare!
Non rispondo alle mail, al tel.viene semplicemente detto di mandare una mail, senza aver risposta.
Servizio clienti pessimo.
Poi non tutti parlano inglese…siamo nel 2023..vi prego!!

We paid £580 to go on a tour to Santorini - it was terrible. The Sea Jet ferry was ok, but the whole Santorine expwerience was rubbish. It was really rushed and you did not have anytime to explore the two main cities there. The guides were useless and spent hours telling us about how the island got its name. By the way Santorini is well over ratted and we did not enjoy the island or the tour at all - a total waste of money in my view. If you are thinking of using this company my advice would be "dont bother"!

This is a kind review expressing every passenger’s opinion on the 25/8 trip from Volos to Skiathos.
Ferry was only 5 minutes late to depart and this happened because they crew were trying to fit an extra or last big truck. It was common sense that there was no place for it according to marine surveyor because they had to measure everything up the last centimetre.
After their long lasting effort they managed to fit it, I am pretty much sure covering safety disembarkation exits passages. Vessel arrived 20 minutes late at the first destination (imagine how this will escalate on the plan following. After the docking procedure was finished they locked us in the vessel because we could not walk out from the squeezed ferries. Crew strew told us to wait for our safety, crew officer after being questioned said that port authorities didn’t let passengers disembark for safety reasons.
I am as the first to exit the vessel 30 minutes past the advertised schedule. 30 minutes on 2 hours trip is 25% this amount goes to less fuel consumed, they should at least decrease ticket price by 25% or speed up to deliver what they promise.
I advise everyone to book another company or a tender/sailing yacht for their transportation.

Etwas trubelig, aber sehr angenehme Überfahrt. Es gab zwar eine Routenänderung eine daraus resultierende Verspätung, was aber kein.Problem darstellte.
Schöne Reiseerfahrung.

Già durante la pandemia hanno offerto solo servizi al coperto, molti passeggeri senza mascherina e nessuno ha detto niente.
Quest’anno sono riusciti a distruggete una nave nella tratta Syros-Serifos cosicché siamo dovuti rientrare nel porto di partenza e ci hanno offerto un viaggio alternativo con 3 cambi, oltre 12 ore di ritardo, nessun servizio ristoro. Purtroppo la tratta Syros-Serifos è servita solo da Seajets (in realta inizialmente avremmo dovuto viaggiare con la Artemis), altrimenti non l’avremmo mai preso!

Ho effettuato 4 tratte questa estate, il mio è un giudizio complessivo. Non ho riscontrato problemi significativi, forse potrebbe essere migliorata la gestione dei bagagli. I traghetti sono sempre stati abbastanza puntuali, max 30 minuti di ritardo, a bordo il personale era pronto ad indicare la zona in cui si trovava il proprio posto a sedere per velocizzare l'imbarco.
Qualche problema con l'aria condizionata soprattutto sulla Superunnerjet, le prime file rischiavano il congelamento, le ultime si stavano sciogliendo. Da migliorare sicuramente.

PLEASE READ: the times provided in the marketing brochure are complexity in accurate with the journey time from Rethymno to Santorini taking 3h45m each way. If you decide to take a day trip you will spend more time on the ferry than on Santorini. The captain provides zero updates and none of the crew will tell you the arrival time so are clearly complicit in the deceit. The paid wifi also doesn’t work. PLEASE PLEASE DONT BE SCAMMED LIKE I WAS.

Very bad experience, we have travalled with them for go and return and each time we had a large delay. 1hour for the go, 2hour for the return. We missed our flight back home and had to pay for another ticket, night in Athens for a total of 600euros.

We were leaving from Sifnos, the girl at the reception at the office there was very unprofessionnal and totally unconcerned by the way to reinsure us and find solutions. You can ask refund only on a standard address. Shameful experience.

Satisfecha con el servicio prestado. Como parte negativa decir que por dimensiones del vehiculo 6x2x2,8 no se nos permitio embarcar en el ferry con destino Santorini-Atenas a pesar de que indicamos el tamaño dentro de las opciones que nos permitia la pagina donde realizamos la reserva, por lo que tuvimos que comprar en el puerto otros billetes con otra compañia. Como parte positiva decir que tras comunicar la incidencia a la compañia en menos de 48 horas nos habian aceptado la devolución del importe de los billetes. Como sugerencia seria necesario que a la hora de hacer la reserva indiquen las dimensiones maximas de los vehiculos que permiten embarcar para evitar estos inconvenientes. En nuestro caso se soluciono bien porque pudimos comprar otros billetes en el mismo dia, pero se podria haber complicado mucho si nos hubiesemos quedado alli tirados sin billetes y sin alojamiento.

We were really disappointed and disgusted with our experience with Sea Jet ferries. We were waiting in the port 40 minutes before departure and we missed our ferry as we were stuck behind a crowd of people leaving the same ship. When we contacted the company, they refused to consider giving us a refund or upgrade despite that we were purchasing tickets for the next available Sea Jet ferry that night.

That evening we experienced a crush to get on board into the hot underbelly of the ship, which was filled with car fumes and an extreme amount of people.

When on board, the toilets were disgusting and two (of 5) did not work. People were not sitting in their assigned seats and we were allocated seats separated from each other.

I’m really disappointed in this experience and would warn all future travellers to wait in the crush of people (in the sun!!) to avoid missing this ferry and having to pay for a new ticket. Also make sure you are in the right line to avoid being blocked from boarding. Better yet - fly! 😉

The company doesn’t seem to care as they have a monopoly on many of the routes to the islands.

Απουσία εξαερισμού στους χώρους στάθμευσης, κίνηση οχημάτων κατα τη διάρκεια του πλου, επικίνδυνη ατμόσφαιρα για οδηγούς εργαζόμενους και επιβάτες που κατευθύνονται από το πλήρωμα και αναμένουν αποβίβαση μέσα στους χώρους στάθμευσης.
