Thanks so much for taking the time to write this review. We are sorry to hear you don't love this new formulation as much as the original. As a team we were huge fans of the old formula, but we now love this new formula even more and hope you will too. I would like to reassure you that none of the ingredients have been watered down. The consistency has changed a little as it has been reformulated in line with our new 'clean and conscious' policy, ensuring we are using as many natural Spa ingredients as possible. If you would like to try an alternative product or get further skincare advice from one of our Skin Experts, please contact us at support@seamagik.com and we would be more than happy to help. Hi Linda, thank you for your review. We are glad to see you love our products! Regarding the website, it is ever evolving and we love to get clear feedback so we can address any issues you may have had and ensure the website is the best it can be. We have just done a large update on the checkout so if this was your pain point please do try again. If you are still struggling, there may be sepeicifc issue and you can call the office direct 10-1 and 2-4 and we can put your order through on the phone.
