Great product..but I've still so much left after 11mnths

I tried the wild rose shampoo and conditioner small bottles from Holland and Barrett and love them. I bought the 2.5l bottles in a discount from your website with free pump. Excellent but the packaging needs work with something of strength to surround the product to stop it getting damaged in transit. The box was damaged and some of the shampoo had leaked a little. Not enough to bother complaining or stop me re-ordering though but a minor annoyance. Pump works great. I wasn't told when the delivery had arrived at the click and collect place so I checked by chance and it was there.

I was looking forward to trying your products but unfortunately, the laundry detergent does not clean and has a faded scent after washing and then smells of nothing after drying. Also, the coconut bundle ( shampoo, conditioner and mask) are too watery and dried my hair.

I don't normally write Trustpilot reviews and prefer Google reviews, but I am impressed so had to leave some sort of review. I wrote a Faith in Nature review in 2023, and now this is an update.

I have been using Faith in Nature's shampoo and conditioner bottles for a long time now, as I find it really works on my dry & dull hair. I usually prefer to use the Coconut one. I was disappointed recently to find a 300ml bottle has risen to £7.99 now (eek). Nonetheless, that hasn't stopped me from buying. I decided to purchase 2.5L of each to last me, plus minis for my upcoming holiday.

I usually buy the shampoo and conditioner bottles in Holland & Barratt because I can pick them up in store, or Amazon for the convenience, although they don't always have the Coconut ones.

In November 2023, I ordered from the website and was very very disappointed with how long the delivery took (around 2 weeks, although they did give me a free product with my order because of it) and haven't ordered from the website since then. But I decided to give the website another chance this week and I was impressed! I placed the order 2 days ago and it has already arrived today! Looking forward to having shampoo and conditioner for the next year.

Just awful, I ordered one of their Shampoo as my daughter has tried some of their products which are lovely. But my order never arrived, unable to speak with someone for help. Plus, sent several emails asking for help with no response. Even found a telephone number for the company, but again sadly could not get to speak with anyone for help (very frustrated and disappointed with the complete lack of help, support and customer care)

Good Prices, Quick Delivery and Quality Products. What more can you ask for.

Really excellent products, have been using them for years. It took me a while to find the right shampoo and conditioner for my hair type but all of the soaps are lovely and I have really sensitive skin. Most importantly the customer service is excellent, I recently had a parcel go missing that was left outside in my neighbours recycling bin and they replaced it without hesitation. Its getting harder and harder to find companies who actually care about their customers nowadays so it was much appreciated 🙂

I always purchase Faith in Nature from their website, their products are great for my sensitive skin and I like that you can have a subscription. It's very convenient to refill my body wash and hand wash.

I have moderately damaged and coloured hair and very sensitive scalp and I found the shampoo bar too strong for my hair, it gave me horrible dandruff and stripped my hair of colour. Switched to liquid coconut shampoo and it still leaves my hair feeling dry, even though some of the dandruff is gone. Liquid conditioner isn't really good either, needs time to work and honestly doesn't help much. The only reason I somewhat like them is because they're ethical and affordable

Great products, great customer service

I absolutely love the entire Faith in Nature range! My personal favourites are the moisturizing shea & argab shampo and conditioner - I like to switch these up with the stimulating rosemary shampoo and conditioner. I adore lavender range, too! It feels good to know that I'm slathering 99.5% natural products on my skin and hair.

I am very sad to say. I didn't like the shampoo. I feel it was very hash on my hair.
The condioner which I used as advised, leaving on five minutes before rinsing off, was very watery and certainly doesn't do the job.
The products have left my hair very tangly to the point of having to brush it every hour. My hair feels like straw after using this product.
I like the idea of helping the environment but this product is not one I will use again. Buying both shampoo and conditioner from my local farmshop has been an expensive waste of time. I would happily pay £12 for a bottle of shampoo and conditioner if they did the job.
