First, this service can't find anything on people who have scrubbed their data off the net. Second, they billed me for extra lookups that I never clicked on. Then they refused to refund me after I cancelled the service.AVOID!!! THEY ARE A VERY LIMITED SERVICE AND THEY TRY TO FLEECE YOU.

I've been trying to get this platform to delete my data for over a year with no success. I mainly requested they delete my support ticket data and account within their zendesk system, but each time I asked they assumed I was talking about a billing question for some reason or just didn't respond to my question. I'm not sure why they refuse to do so when there is no reason to keep this data, and there is personal data within the support tickets I had as well. I posted a previous review about this as well that I later deleted due to it not working. Despite claiming they would try to fix it, after providing the ticket number they didn't act on my complaint and my data is still in the system.

edit: I have forwarded more details to locate the account on your zendesk platform. Please do have it deleted as originally requested. Thank you.

edit 2: It's been weeks now, no follow up as of yet. None of my data was deleted, nobody has reached out, no explanation given as of yet. I'm not sure why they won't delete my personal data within their system as I requested. I have been trying for over a year now to get my data deleted with no luck. I will update this review if things change for the better and they delete my data.

was worried this site is scam after reading some posts online, but tried the $1 trial anyway. search result gave full name and carrier info instantly so its legit in my book..

I cancelled but they still try take money

I have to say this company is a bunch scammers I never signed up for a subscription that I knew of only a paid trail. Then they charged my account for a monthly subscription. I couldn't find were to cancel my subscription until after they charged me, I am pretty sure the site is set up like on purpose. When I ask for my money back 19 dollars and change. There representative tried to low ball me and got up 70% refund. This company should be charged with fraud as they do have any link to cancel your subscription until you are already billed. Being a big company you would think that they would just refund you 100% and take the customers advice to improve their site so this doesn't happen. Again anyone signing up for the trail period beware you will 100% get scammed by this pitiful company.

Used it to check a job candidate. Saw past jobs and some extra details. Made the decision easier.

SEARQLE data is very limited, and it had no information about the people that I needed. All other people search websites had information about the same people. Getting away from the SEARQLE subscription has been very difficult.

Found out more information. SEARQLE submitted for payment through searqle.shop which is rated questionable by scam detector. "It's definitely questionable. If you plan to do business on this site, proceed with caution as it received a medium score on our chart. We put to work 53 powerful factors to expose high-risk activity and see if searqle.shop is a scam."

My credit card had to ban this website to stop the subscription. I want nothing to do with this website!

I wrote a review about Searqle and was promised a refund within 10 days and received NOTHING. St the time they wrote me to tell me the refund was coming they asked me to update my review that I was receiving a refund. Why would I do that when I had received no money? This company is dishonest. I cancelled my trial subscription within the allowed time period and still got screwed over by them and charged for a subscription. Furthermore the information I got was no more detailed than I could have done myself. Word of advice.....don't consider using this company it's a scam.

I needed one background check and was tricked into paying for a subscription. Then was refused a refund. SCAM STAY AWAY.

i know i cant control who my son friends with but i can at least know what im dealing with right? looked up the parents address and checked the area. nothing crazy came up but i did find out they moved around a lot which explains some things. my husband thinks im overprotective but id rather know than wonder

My email changed from being average to a mess in one night. I looked into Sears' email search and data leak tool to find out what was going on. It found out that a hack that was tied to a service had disclosed my email. I forgot that I signed up for this a long time ago. Passwords were updated and everything were tidied up and there was a lot less spam

Does not refund money from an accidental unused purchase in a timely manner, like a proper company. Be warned.

Had a client looking to buy property quickly, but I wanted to make sure they were legit. Saw an ad for Searqle, typed in their name, and within minutes, got a full report with job history, addresses, and family details. worth it .

First of all they charged me twice for the trial period background check service that I signed up for when I only agreed to being charged once. Then I go to use the service and it says it completed the background check on me but there’s no way to click on anything to actually look at it or pull it up at all. I feel like I’ve gotten ripped off and this is exactly why I refuse to use any kind of online services like this. I’ve tried every way that I can think of to contact this company directly to get my money back for both charges but unfortunately there is no way to do that. I found a phone number on google for them and when I called it told me to go submit a complaint request on the website. Ha figures right??!! I only did it because it was required from the landlord of the apartment I wanted to look at before we could actually go look at it and decide on whether or not we wanted to move in. I’m adding this review on every website I can think of and reporting this company to the BBB for scamming people
