I’ve been living in my house for over 20 years, so when a new family moved in next door, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I used to know all my neighbors, but things have changed over the years. I saw an ad for Searqle while scrolling through Facebook, and I thought it’d be a good idea to get more info about the new folks. I ran a people search with their name and I was able to see their past addresses, previous jobs and family background. Nothing weird .. The basic plan was exactly what I needed

Very useful when dealing with new business contactsI received a business proposal from someone I didn’t know and wanted to verify his credentials. I used Searqle to do a Background Check. It gave me access to his past job roles, family, and even some court records. The Basic Plan worked well for this kind of check.

I was charged twice and they refused to refund me.
(In response to the reply from the business: I appreciate the reply but I don't feel comfortable posting my personal email on a public review. Also, I contacted your customer service right when it happened and was told you can't refund trials, even though I explained I only purchased one and was charged twice. I honestly don't even know if it gave me two products, but I do know that I only purchased one, and I had two separate charges of the same thing, one right after the other. I was finally offered *half* of a refund but I have not agreed to anything as only getting half of my money back for an unauthorized charge is ridiculous.)

I downloaded the app. Paid for service. Before I could get it complete set up I got a pleaserestartthe app message. I tried logging back into the app. But because I did not have a username and password yet. And it was connect it to my email I cannot use the service I paid for. they refused to give a full refund. Just want to warn anybody before they pay for service with this company. DO NOT DO IT.

I signed up for the trial and I was charged for a full price subscription. They charged my card once, then charged my card again but only deducted what was left in my account.
I contacted the customer service via email immediately within five minutes of being charged. They refused a refund and I didn’t even use the service at all. Their refund policy states that you can be refunded within fourteen days and they refused. I sent them screen shots with time and date and they refused. This is a scam!

I signed up for an account to search who was harassing me.
Tried first number.... no details not even the mobile carrier
Tried the other number. Same result.
Then Tried my own mobile... no result
Then Tried my work mobile... no result.
This is a scam don't waste your money

This is a TOTAL SCAM. THE BIG SHOW THEY GIVE ABOUT HOW YOU CAN READ TEXTS, BLAH,BLAH,BLAH. AND FORGET TRYING TO GET AN ANSWER FROM THEM. ONLY RESPONSE YOU'LL GET IS GENERIC.

I didn't authorize you to take 53.00 dollars from my account I want my money back.

After several unsuccessful dates, I decided to check guys before meeting. This service really helps!

I am shocked when i received notification from google mail mentioned that my personal privacy data in this website. I did not sign in anything and given permission to have, hold and use my data. Through google i requested my data to be removed, but they denied. And, i am not residing in US but UK. So i will consult with law firms about this issue. I don't know how they obtained such information. It is illegal!

Did a phone location search said my results were ready so I paid and it never received the results it just keeps saying it is compiling the data don't waste your money

1000% scam. I tried the “Search by Number” feature many times - it did not work once. It kept saying my request to search was sent; and then nothing at all would happen; and my Search history remained clear as if it was never used.

I cancelled my 3-day trial on the second day once I realized none of the services worked at all. Two days later - today - I receive this text message from my bank:

“CHIME FRAUD ALERT: Chime will NEVER CALL you for a fraud or declined transaction. Did you try to use your Chime card ending **** for $44.90 at 'protect247.online' on 09/09? Reply Yes or No.”

Best believe my text back was a big ‘NO’…
“The transaction was blocked and no funds have been taken from your account.
If you believe your card was stolen or compromised, please disable transactions in the Chime app and request a new card from the settings screen.”

Yessir!

I’ll probably get some m*ron responding to this by asking me for my email to pursue a fake investigation. That person is probably some clown in China or India wishing (s)he could be an American. “You Not Like Us,” scammer. Put your effort and energy into something legit, dork.

Searqle did not respond to email requests to cancel before the three day trial ended. The website created a ticket and waited until the full month charge cleared the credit card company before agreeing to cancel the next month.

I WAS INSTANTLY SCAMMED THRU THE VISA DEBIT I USED. CHASE BANK SENT ME. A TEXT THAT MY ACCOUNT HAD BEEN HACKED. ITS A KNOWN SPAM SITE!!

I finally found a service that really works! Everything is quick and convenient.

This company is advertising false information to get you to pay and sign up. 3 emails asking for guidance. They responded a day later just to say follow the guide that I’ve already followed to a T. It’s a scam folks!!

In a state of emergency I tried this service as my daughter was missing in New Mexico. I tried to track her phone using this system. .99 for three days. My bank was immediately charged $34.00 then 15 minutes later I was charge $90.00. Then we got the phone call that my child could be found at a certain location, however she was found dead. We lost those valuable minutes trying to get this company from upbilling the fee for one report. I am super hurt and pissed. I will seek legal action against this company.
