Site is absolutely 100% worthless when it comes to customer service. They now have no way to speak to a live agent & there AI is garbage in chat or by phone. I placed an order on September 29, 2026 & it was supposed to be delivered yesterday October 5, 2026 but the site still said preparing to ship. I tried everything possible to speak to the AI since they have no humans to speak with anywhere. I finally gave up & filed a claim against them through paypal. Obviously paypal has had to deal with many situations like this for sears because 5 minutes after I filed the claim they closed my case & immediately sent me a refund. Its a shame that a company is so cheap that they no longer care about the customers that actually support their company. Well they will never get any more support from this customer as I have permanently banned their site from any future purchases.

I ordered refrigerator seals but the refrigerator quit before I received the parts. No problem I thought, I sent back both parts without ever opening the box. I dropped off the parts to ups 9/4/26. They received the parts 9/14/26. It is now 9/30/2026 I have tried to contact them many times. All you get is AI chat. It says pending. Waiting for my refund!

Sears is always good about sending out the part that I need for my refrigerator. I need a filter ever year and they remind me when it's time to get a new one. Their delivery is prompt and the price is good.

I ordered a gliding rack for my oven back on November 2nd 2025 in hope of having it in time for Thanksgiving 2025. I never received it, and have complained 3 times, am always told I will hear back in 2-3 days. My last inquiry was Sept. 2nd, 2026. I still have not receive a response to any of my inquiries, although whoever (or whatever bot) I am chatting with is always very sympathetic. Do the math--It has now been more than 10 months and I still do not have the oven rack and my credit card has not been reimbursed the $365 I was charged for the item. The many times I checked the shipping status the message was always "Shipping status: Shipper created a label. UPS has not received the package." I am at wits end.

The part came in a couple of days. Reasonable price. Easy to find with my model whirlpool fridge.

I was in a chat with Lillian from sears parts direct. I gave the model numbers and part needed and she said this part was correct, even though the photo was wrong. I asked if the main wire harness to the engine was 8 wires and she said yes in 2 rows. Then I corrected the number of wires to 9 and they are 3x3 in the plug. She then said sorry... yes it is 9. She insisted it was the correct part even though the photo was wrong. The part arrived and it was wrong.

I ordered a part that happened to be the wrong one it was unopened and unused still in its package. assuming it's returnable within thirty or sixty days
From sears parts direct who is supposed to be a reptible company, and I found that not to be the case, there's no one to talk to accept a chat with a I. This is going on for2 months already the only response I get that it's under review. And now they don't even respond at all I recommend not to purchase from them. They do not stand up to the reputation.

Ordered a part and paid for expedited shipping, it has been 4 days and I have not received the part neither any tracking information. The AI system only saying that the part is in queued and that the supplier will contact me with order updates in 3 days. Will never order from this people

warning!!! do not order from here i have spent 4 days trying to figure out where my order is and to try to speak to a person and there is no way of doing either on top of that it is impossible to cancel the order its a completely fraudulent ai run website

This is a scam. There is no customer service.
I placed an order on 09/06/2026. It said that it would be delivered the next day.
They are now saying that my order doesn’t exist not exist. Order #W050764. There is no customer service. Only AI, and all that it says it s that my order doesn’t exist, and that there are no customer service associates available.
Do not shop here.

This group is absolutely a scam. I have no idea how anyone could say they’re real. They are purposefully designed to tell you they have a part in stock that they can ship quickly that they absolutely don’t have, and then give customers no way of canceling. It’s all purposeful. They told me it would be delivered same day, then it would ship same day, then I would have an update on shipping in 48 hours, then I wouldn’t have an update on shipping for 5 days when the “research team” could get to it even though they said it was same day shipping initially. I called and no one was available so I spoke to the chatbot and it wouldn’t even try to connect to anyone. DONT USE THIS SITE

I ordered a part on 8/16/2026 and as of 9/2/2026 the status is order pending shipping. I requested the order be cancelled on 8/25/2026 and they refused to cancel it. I.had to raise holy hell on 9/2/2026 to get them to refund my money which still remains to be seen because it take 3 days for that to happen. Stay way from Sears Parts Direct!

Stay away you never can connect with support they cancel order that marked as in stock but actually it’s not then they won’t refund your money . Tried to call and chat nothing . Had to call the bank .

Would not order from Sears Parts Direct again. Purchased a mower blade and drive belt on August 1. Received the blade quickly. It works well; however I never received the drive belt. The belt cost was $60.23, which was billed to my credit card. I contacted Sears Parts Direct via chat and was told a refund would be issued. I waited, contacted again...........same response. Contacted again, same response. It is now one month later. No refund. Buyer beware. I feel I have been robbed.

Horrible! There are no human beings to speak with, AI and a recorded "person" on the phone. I bought a part, it was packaged with a box that was too large and it arrived broken. Now I can't return, system is denying me and not one person to speak with!

Terrible customer service. This site is fraud. I received a broken part but I can't return it. You cannot call them or chat with anyone. I called my bank to collect my money. Do not waste your time and money.

I ordered a replacement part for my water softener and was promised delivery in 4 days. Instead, I waited 11 days for a part that I urgently needed. There was poor communication when I contacted Sears Parts Direct to inquire about the status of my order and to request compensation for the late delivery. I would not recommend Sears Parts Direct to anyone and will never use this source again for needed parts.

OEM schematic ensued proper part could be ordered. Easy checkout, fast shipping and delivery.

This appears to essentially be a drop-shipping company run by an AI bot. Ordered a part for a washer that apparently isn't in stock with the supplier. Two weeks later, it hasn't shipped and there is no customer support available. Just a chat bot that promises updates and never provides them. Good luck.

They charged my card and said they would send me update when shipped, its been one month and no part, said its backordered. Tried to get refund but talked in circles with chatbot DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I disputed it with Chase and luckily getting recourse bc Chase is backcharging them and so I get a refund from Chase. They should be blacklisted by credit card companies
