Sea Sense Flip Flops レビュー 

Great service, had to return my Flip-flops for a larger size the whole process was efficient from start to finish. Now I have a great pair of Flip-flops to go with a great cause to help clear up our waters world wide. Thank you seasense.

Too many good things to say!

I was so excited to discover Sea Sense, because I needed a pair of flip flops but hated the idea of buying anything plastic. I was thrilled that Sea Sense not only uses biodegradable rubber, but actually removes plastic from the most polluted waters. Imagine my disappointment when the first pair I ordered didn't fit (size up!) and then my ideal colour sold out... I waited weeks, but that colour never came back into stock, and when I ordered my second favourite, received a message that the website had had a glitch and these were out of stock too! In an incredibly kind and unexpected gesture, Sea Sense not only refunded me but also sent a new, gift pair in my size, to make up for the waiting and disappointment. They are beautiful, fit perfectly, and will be a pleasure to wear every time. I've been so impressed by the friendliness of their customer service as well as the work they do, and will absolutely recommend them to everyone I know, and buy from them in future whenever I can. Our world needs more companies like Sea Sense!

Sizing seems to be way off - measuring as they say on the website suggests a size that is at least 2 too small. Service is poor - 3 days with no response to emails. No dispatch email as they claim they will send.

Courier was rubbish too - can’t entirely blame them for that but they did choose Hermes who aren’t well regarded.

EDiT: true to their word (see reply) I have received both a refund and a replacement pair. Based on other reviews this does seem a genuine case of courier issues and email problems and service since has been excellent.

I still suggest being careful with sizing however the flip flops are well made and very comfortable.

Wow having been wearing Haviannas for years I'm glad I made the choice to move to a more sustainable footwear.

These Sea Sense are super comfortable and really great quality.

They float so excellent on the water and fit wise I was advised to size up. Which I did and they are a great fit! Slightly heavier but feel a lot more durable which you don't mind!

Really happy I made the jump and advice via Instagram was quick and excellent.

Perfect flip flops. If flip flops this good can be made from biodegradable materials, why are we still making plastic ones!!!

I wanted to make a more conscious purchase to replace my old flipflops this year and I'm so glad I found Sea Sense. There was an issue with the colour I'd chosen and Luke was very honest as well as transparent about the options. They arrived promptly within a few days. The quality is very high and they are very comfortable. They look like they will last. I highly recommend Sea Sense and you'll be helping the environment too - what's to loose?

Very happy to support a business with a great ethos. Easy to order, quick delivery, looks good. But disappointed that when flip flops arrived the sole / toe separater wasn't aligned on the bottom of the shoe which meant they weren't easy to walk in, which made me wonder about quality control. Other than that great product, really wish they had lived up to expectations.
Update 16th June. After posting the review above Sea Sense reached out, and without me asking immediately sent out a new pair (which were perfect!) So impressed with the level of customer care and attention given to feedback that I have amended my review as very few companies would ever be so prompt in actioning a replacement (without even asking.) Excellent customer service. Thank you

I wear my seasence flip flops daily and find them very comfortable, even better that I can wear them knowing they are doing something to take plastic out of the ocean

The post between toe needs to be little bit further forward, seems slightly in wrong place

Well what can I say. Such amazing service. I git home tonight and my son gave me a package saying that you sent someone to deliver my Flip Flops by special delivery for my holiday. I have never had such good service making me feel so important and ensuring I had them before the 5th. Thankyou so much. I love the red and the fit perfect. 😍

I brought these flip flops from sea sense and they are amazing. The customer service is on point and really good. The flip flops are very comfortable and they help save the environment by not using any plastic in their flip flops. The colour is lovely and it fits me perfectly. It doesn’t rub on my feet and it feels very soft. I highly recommend and want to get more colours :)

Wonderful customer service and great flip flops!
The Sandy gold flip flops I ordered didn’t pass a quality inspection so the owner emailed me to ask whether I wanted to receive these ones and a refund, or receive the faulty pair and an alternative in my size. I decided to take the latter option.
The flip flops are so comfy, even for my wide feet. I really can’t tell where the fault is either so I’ve got two lovely pairs of flip flops whilst supporting their mission to clean the oceans.
Can’t recommend them enough!
