Seat leon 2021 hybrid PHEV was broken just after warranty, 4 years and 115k km, always official center Seat Castellana Motor. Poor quality of vag, poor support from seat. They even dont know which part was Exactly broken. They thought it was some electrical power module and They offered me compensation of 1.8k with repair=8k€. I told them no, thanks and replaced this thing in other service. And what do you think? It didnt help. So, nevermore VAG. Hello, Japan's cars

La réponse de seat a été la suivante A ce titre, nous vous informons que nous ne pouvons pas donner une suite favorable à votre demande.

En effet, bien que vous soyez libre de confier les réparations et l’entretien de votre véhicule au professionnel de votre choix, n’étant pas en mesure de savoir, au vu des seuls éléments en notre possession, si la ou les interventions réalisées par un réparateur non agréé sur votre véhicule ont été faites en conformité avec les préconisations du constructeur et au vu des seuls éléments en notre possession, nous ne saurions considérer que la panne invoquée trouve son origine dans un défaut du véhicule.

DO NOT GET THE CONNECT APP

I paid the Connect app services at £59, realised a day later that it was absolute garbage (you get all of their features and much more on the Mini app for free).
I never received any invoice from Seat. The only proof of payment I have ever received was the Paypal confirmation. This has more than enough information on showing I made the payment, who to and the date.

They keep fobbing me off saying I need to send them the Seat invoice (which I've never had) and that I can download it from the app. Nowhere on that app is there any option to download any invoice.

Their terms and conditions state Connect can be cancelled within 14 days. I cancelled it after 1 day and they are dragging this out knowing full well I've paid £59.

I've escalated the complaint to Paypal and the FCA. It's unbelievable Seat are making this as difficult as possible for the sake of £59. No wonder the Trustpilot reviews are so bad.

Horrendous service

Horrendous service, car damaged in there, failed to communicate or repair. Seat head office no powers to assist and not sticking to their word.

Can’t speak for the sales team but the servicing team well and truly cannot me trusted - I wish I’d read the other reviews prior to booking in, unfortunately you expect a main dealer to behave appropriately.
The behaviour from the moment I arrived to drop off my car came across as misogynistic - but maybe they just treat all customers like they’re stupid - and dismissive. If I’ve given you five reasons why I don’t want to take out the all in one or serving plan, I don’t expect you to suggest that I don’t understand it or haven’t looked into it - I clearly have, this is not effective upselling and isn’t even an effective way to retain a customer. This behaviour continued when I picked up my car too, despite nothing to warrant it on my side.
My car was scratched during the time it was with Seat on multiple panels, Seat themselves reported no damage upon drop off and the valeting company accepted that they could have caused the damage. So why are we a year on with no resolution? Why did it take over a month for the branch manager to bother talking to me despite repeated requests (it actually took a head office complaint before he could be bothered). Eventually agreed to send out a valeter to attempt to to remove the scratches (which I knew they were too deep for and did voice this), there was no improvement which Liverpool branch have then lied to HO and claimed that I said it was all resolved.
There seems to be a major push to upsell but some basic customer service training would be highly beneficial. I did visit another garage for my “urgent” work as did not feel comfortable returning to Seat Liverpool, to be told it wasn’t urgent and have this confirmed by a third, independent mechanic.

Bad after sales customer support

I’ve had an issue with charging the batteries on my Seat Leon FR hybrid. There’s nothing wrong with the car apart from the charging system has no facility to plan a scheduled charge. After contacting clueless seat garages I was told by Seat Uk that there is a software update planned to roll out Quarter 3 2025, I’m still waiting. At the moment I have to charge as necessary instead of charging at off peak times. I called again the a clueless seat garage and they said somebody in the know would get back to me , 3 days later, still waiting, the car is a great car, Seat customer service is appalling.

Ho avuto un problema di spie accese nell'auto e ho chiamato l'officina, Ve la faccio breve... Mi hanno pure trattato male chiedendogli se potevo portare l'auto a fare una diagnosi. Vergognosi e arroganti! Non sono andato di persona sennò mi compromettevo!! Secondo me devono andare a vende le patate a Colfiorito invece di avere un officina Ufficiale!! Comunque a5 minuti da lì c'Ú la Star Car SEAT ECUPRA UFFICIALE!! Ho chiamato e con una gentilezza inaudita mi hanno detto di portargli subito la macchina che gli avrebbero fatto subito la diagnosi dicendo che se non la finivano in tempo utile mi avrebbero provato anche a darmi un auto sostitutiva per riandare a casa. Concludo dicendo che una cosa del genere non mi era mai successa, ho mandato una mail di reclamo a Seat dicendo la disavventura che mi Ú successa con l' officina Green Motore (che Ú un offesa chiamarla officina nel rispetto delle altre). E spero tanto che gli tolgono il marchio visto che Seat non sta facendo affatto una bella figura con questi soggetti!

SEAT ARONA BELLA DELUDENTE

Ho acquistato nel 2021 una SEAT Arona a metano.
Scelta convinta considerata la destinazione d'uso, il risparmio dovuto al metano, la linea non modernissima ma nel complesso carina. Dopo 4 anni però devo annoverare almeno 3 motivi di delusione.
1. al momento dell'acquisto ho avuto rassicurazioni sulla compatibilità del mio smartphone e relativo sistema operativo con l'app Seat Connect. Avevo verificato anche sull'app store la compatibilità. Non riuscendo a farla funzionare e vista la mancanza di supporto da parte del concessionario ho scritto direttamente al supporto Seatapps. A seguito della mia lamentela a Gennaio 2022 sull'app store Ú comparso il messaggio "this app is no longer compatible with your device". A quel punto anche la sostituzione dello smartphone Ú stata vana in quanto il periodo gratuito ad Aprile 2022 era ormai finito.
2. il computer di bordo né l'infotainment nei primi 4 anni ha mai mostrato le notifiche relative alle manutenzioni. Ho per questo ritardato il primo tagliando e in tale occasione ho fatto sistemare il problema. Purtroppo le notifiche non sono arrivate nemmeno per il secondo tagliando. Ormai non posso più fare affidamento delle notifiche del computer di bordo.
3. Dopo soli 4 anni e 54000 km devo anche annoverare problemi alla pompa della frizione. Il suo veloce degrado lascia "incollata" la leva del cambio (mai per altro stata molto precisa) creando situazioni di guida alquanto pericolose. A quanto pare, consultando i forum, si tratta di problema ricorrente. Il service ha cercato di venirmi incontro con tempi e costi ma credo che un problema del genere considerati i pochi km e la pericolosità dovrebbe essere trattato in modo diverso dalla casa madre.
Nel complesso la mia bella SEAT Arona la ritengo deludente e purtroppo non mi sento di consigliarne l'acquisto. Un vero peccato perché qualche accortezza in più verso il cliente avrebbe moderato la mia personale opinione.

Terrible customer service

Service is great when their getting a sale, but when a problem arises they don't want to know. The liverpool branch sales team are rude and ignorant on the phone and don't care about anything else other than getting a sale! Apparently warrantys don't cover ever seat branch although it states it does on the warranty certificate so in other words they can't be assed and just fob you off! They are fully booked until late August for repairs which is generally worrying at the fact so many of their vehicles need repairing. Rude and ignorant staff AVOID!! Although the seat assist team are absolutely brilliant its a shame their showroom staff let the company down

SEAT Mo da rottamare

Purtroppo devo aggiungere la mia esperienza negativa a quella di altri utenti. Ho un SEAT Mo da tre anni, ho percorso 10.000 km. A mio avviso uno dei problemi principali consiste nelle pessime sospensioni in dotazione, che a Milano non ammortizzano per nulla la circolazione sul pavÚ oppure quando si incrociano le rotaie. Di fatto ad ora ho avuto questi problemi:
- parabrezza alto (montato da SEAT) che ha causato la rottura ed il distacco dello scudo dal resto della carrozzeria
- batteria che si stacca quando si Ú su strada non perfettamente regolare, lo scooter si spegna e ci si deve fermare per farlo ripartire
- si Ú staccata la targa mentre ero in marcia, per fortuna un automobilista dietro me lo ha fatto notare.
- rottura di un cuscinetto del mozzo della ruota anteriore.
Il preventivo per quest'ultima riparazione Ú di circa 1700 euro (cuscinetti, forcelle - non vengono forniti solo i paraoli - canotto sterzo)- In aggiunta alla sistemazione della batteria che si stacca e alla sostituzione delle pastiglie freno si superano i 2000 euro. All'incirca il valore dell'usato, ammesso di trovare qualcuno che lo compri. Rottamato.

Wonderful service from Terri at swansea

Wonderful service from Terri at seat Swansea, helped me find the right car for me as my current finance was coming to an end. Took up so much of her time but she was so polite and patient with me.
The whole team there are so lovely & Dan who I spoke to on the phone was also so helpful and polite, the ladies on reception were warm and welcoming. Always a nice experience going to seat Swansea. Thanks again :)

Il Seat Mo 125 ha parecchi problemi tra cui il più grave Ú la batteria che non funziona. Il service di Seat non ha le capacità di risolvere i problemi e Seat Ú completamente assente. Il gioco Ú scaricare la responsabilità tra Seat e service a vicenda. Non ti forniscono un mezzo sostitutivo e ci vogliono settimane di attesa. Sconsiglio a tutti l’acquisto di questo prodotto.

Avoid

Avoid! Bought a Seat Arona April 2024, came with a 2 year extended warranty (all components). Boot mechanism has failed and they will not be able to confirm if it’s covered until I pay £130/hr for a diagnostic. If not covered, then I will also pay for the parts and labour. Halfords will charge £120 to replace. The warranty is just a Seat money making scheme.

the SEAT custumer service poor , avoid

the SEAT custumer service center is in india , when I called with an enquiry , they could not understand me ?? I could just about understand what they was saying ,
however they was unable to answer any of my enquires has they had zero knowledge of the product . if this is the best they can do I wont be buying a SEAT car .

I still have had no reply to the issues


I still have had no reply to the issues I have had since purchasing the car in September. So I tried the app again today and it said my connect account had expired.
So rather than just renew I rang the dealership and they said yes it has expired. But the app had issues now resolved. So I thought I would pay the £59 to renew and yes it all took my money.
Now nothing.
So I now need to contact them to get my money back.
What a farce.

Great car junk app and software

The car is great the in car entertainment system is poor.
The seat app is totally dreadful.
I joined and it worked. Although what it actually does is poor.
Then next time it wouldn't let me login. The helpline told me to uninstall and download again. I did and it worked. Next time it doesn't. Then it says incorrect password so I changed it. Got the email allowing a change. It accepted the change I clicked on login put it all in and it does nothing.
My partner downloaded it on her phone it just screen swipes left continuously as soon as you click login.
I have seen thousands of junk games that actually work so maybe seat should employ those app designers.

Ho acquistato una Seat Ateca integrale


Ho acquistato una Seat Ateca integrale e posso dire tranquillamente che non vorrò mai più avere una Seat. Un disastro totale già dal primo giorno, a partire dall'aiuto datomi nell'impostare e avere spiegazioni sul sistema infotainment. È vero che non sono più tecnologico ma una ragione in più per avere delle spiegazioni più dettagliate sulle varie impostazioni. Dopo un po' di tempo sono iniziati i primi problemi con spie di segnalazione guasto (anomalia start stop- lane assist al momento non disponibile) e chiamando l'assistenza per andare in officina e capire il problema, mi sentivo dire che purtroppo al momento non c'era personale a sufficienza e quindi l'attesa poteva essere lunga. Non penso di essere noioso per questo, non tutti sono dei maghi nell'elettronica e i “grandi venditori giovani”, dovrebbero pensare anche a questo e non solo a vendere e poi fregarsene. Forse sbaglio ma con una macchina acquistata in concessionaria a €. 38000.00, uno si aspetterebbe un'assistenza migliore e più seria. COMUNQUE MAI PIÙ SEAT
