This was my second time having Botox at Secret Aesthetic, and once again it was a great experience. This time I was treated by Dr Shahriar Ghadiri, who was fantastic—very knowledgeable and attentive, with a truly personalised approach. I’m so happy with the results and would highly recommend him.

I recently underwent Sciton Ablative Laser Resurfacing performed by the lovely amazing Dr Zoya at Secret Aesthetics, and the results have been nothing short of unbelievable.

As a woman in my 50s, I had been self-conscious for many years about my deep facial wrinkles caused by long-term sun damage and a lack of a proper skincare regime. Despite trying various cosmetic treatments over the years, I saw little to no improvement and felt I looked at least 15 years older than my actual age.

This recent laser resurfacing procedure has truly turned back time. It has removed my deep wrinkles & age spots, and given my complexion a youthful glow. Just 3 weeks post-procedure, I’m receiving so many compliments about how much younger I look; a grear confidence boost!

This was my first experience receiving dermal fillers, and I was understandably quite anxious about the process. However, Dr. Taran immediately put me at ease with her calm and highly professional demeanor. She performed the procedure with great skill, and I am extremely pleased with the results. For anyone considering treatment at Secret Aesthetic, I can confidently say that you will be in excellent hands. My mom went to Dr. Zoya to get Botox. She has always had her Botox done by the best doctors in Romania and even had the Mephisto look done before. But with Dr. Zoya, it was the first time her face looked amazing. I also went and got my lips done — I was really scared they wouldn’t look natural, but they turned out very natural and look great. It’s the second day now, and they’re not swollen or bruised — everything is perfect. Dr. Zoya works wonders!

*Note* this review is regarding a halo skin treatment received by a skin therapist at secret aesthetics and not the doctors*  I've had a halo treatment done begin January 2025,despite initially requesting another treatment, they recommend halo instead. My main skin concern was to reduce pigmentation on my face.The treatment cost £799. Now being in March 2025,it's fair for me to give a detailed review,as atleast 3 months has passed by. Unfortunately I didn't even had the slightest improvement on my skin. Instead I developed a severe allergic reaction / acne outbreak a few weeks after the treatment and this only got resolved after receiving a topical antibiotics from my GP. Also it left me with an big hyperpigmentation patch (which I didn't had before the treatment) 3 months later it's still there! I did contacted secret aesthetics to express my concerns and the manager said she would conduct an investigation.She came back to me within 1 day, completing the investigation and they didn't took any accountability for what happened to my face.Not even an apology.  I would like to express my concerns that you do need to sign a consent form, before the treatment, but they just ask you to sign and don't give you the time to read it through. I did made a picture of the consent form and non of these side effects or contradictions were listed. Only temporary side effects, but as mentioned before, we are now 3 months further and I'm still suffering with a big hyperpigmentation patch developed on my face due to the halo treatment. The skin therapist never mentioned to me , what i could do in case of developing an allergic reaction or if I would have any concerns. Instead I was kept pressurised in buying an additional expensive skincare (get Harley) for approx £360. This was the main focus in the conversation and very frustrating. If you have good results with your treatment it's likely a great medical aesthetics, but in case you get any problems after the treatment, don't expect any aftercare or additional help. After you've paid for you treatment they aren't interested in your concerns. I would have appreciated an apology and refund, but the arrogance of the staff is astonishing. This has taken a toll on my mental health , because ive been left worser with my face and a permanent hyperpigmentation patch.I am in the process of taking this further to the small claims court and take legal action.

I visited Secret Asthetics today for two treatments. I first had a hydrogenesis laser facial with Akila which was incredible and left my skin feeling really clean fresh and tight, I then was seen by Dr Zoyah and had anti-wrinkle treatment from her and that was once again a very relaxed hygienic and exactly what you would expect from such a luxury clinic. This is definitely my new go to Clinic and I hope to remain a client for a long time.

A warm welcome with a few minutes early to my appointment. I was offered a massage chair in a cosy room with relaxing music to make my wait comfortable and relaxing. Dr. Haroon is calm, super friendly and explains the treatment incredibly well. He makes you feel calm and guides you through the treatment. It goes over so quickly with no pain or surprised pinches.

The clinic is absolutely amazing, beautifully designed and decorated and the whole experience is very pleasant. It’s easy to become a loyal and returning customer.

The only clinic I trust. Ive done my research in advance, let me start off with who I am, I’m over 40, combination skin with hyperpigmentation, hollowing around eyes, reseeding and thin lips, dark circles and uneven complexion. I initially didn’t know what to have done but I’m at a point that I want my best version stepping out each day. My journey started off with a consultation with Dr Naqvi, I explained my problem areas and he suggested some options, he was only advising which I respect as I’m not the one for pushy sales. The results for my treatments were obvious improvements which got me on the path about have a long term plan! I was advised this buzz skin boosting treatment called polynucleotide, I’ve had a few of them now along with other treatments, each time I have a treatment, it’s an improvement and noticeable, I need to give credit to Dr Haroon as he is extremely knowledgable and most approachable person ever, I have utter confidence in his abilities that he’s my go to dr for poly/face slimming. Reception have nailed it, friendly and always helpful, the chill room (I like to call it) offers a massaging chair to relax before the treatment. If you are of similar position and looking for a reputable clinic, do consider, it’s also important to persist with treatments as there is no such thing ad a single treatment, you need a long term plan and you need to stick to it otherwise it’s pointless getting any treatment that’s stubborn to treat. This isn’t sponsored but I wanted to highlight that im a happy customer and writing positive reviews to give recognising about services that can be life changing.

I saw Dr Taran and she took the time to talk me through the procedure which I was having for the first time and she put me at ease straight away. The receptionist ladies are also very friendly and I can't recommend this place highly enough!

I had an appointment booked with Dr Taran, she made me feel so at ease and was so professional throughout. She answered all my questions and ensured I was happy with the service. Dr Taran has immaculate skills and I would recommend booking with her ! So happy with my results!

I recently had my Botox appointment with Secret Aesthetics and I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience! From the moment I walked in, the lady at reception was warm and welcoming, making me feel at ease.
Dr Haroon took the time to explain the procedure in great detail, putting any concerns I had to rest. I was a bit nervous as it was my first time getting Botox, but he alleviated all my concerns and made me feel comfortable throughout.

I had cheeks, jaw and Botox done with Dr Naqvi and he was amazing! Gave me the exact face shape I wanted - was so gentle and didn’t hurt at all. Wouldn’t go anywhere else - everyone was so attentive!

I had a consultation with Dr Zoya regarding my skin, constantly breaking out, using way too many harsh products which kept leaving me with dry, flaking, itchy skin to what I thought was helping and just WOW! Dr Taran Rai and straight away I felt at ease, she sat and listened to everything I was concerned with and offered an opinion and what would work best for me, I had Botox for the first time and was very nervous but made the experience easy and painless, it’s been 4 days and I’m liking my results I have already rebooked for my next appointment.

I loved the questions about my expectations and what I wanted to achieve.
Factors affecting any treatment considerations were thoroughly discussed and addressed.
I feel so comfortable and at ease with S.A professionals.
I love how my skin plan and any future treatments will support each other long term to strengthen the fascia or scaff matrix of my skin which will enhance any future treatments.
I’m super excited.
Appreciated how a cost benefit analysis as well as skin analysis was offered to ensure long term are viability and worth of treatments.
Weight loss, mass loss ans how it affects the structure of the face and realistic outcomes were discussed as well as the potential of undesired results.
