My visit to Dr Hass clinic was excellent- the clinic is located in a lovely area, and his room is very calming and luxurious. Dr Hass really listened to what I was hoping for and then helped to advise the best approach to achieve this and the results are just what I was looking for! I had filler placed into my lips and chin and I look so much more balanced and have restored some lost volume without looking ‘overdone’. Thanks so much Dr Hass, will definitely be back!

Had Endolift with Dr Hass and couldn’t be happier, the treatment itself was relatively painless, Dr Hass insured I was ok during this time. Results were noticeable and once the swelling went down could notice it even more. Looking forward to seeing the rest in the next few months. Wouldn’t definitely recommend Dr Hass and will be returning for more treatments.

I had tear trough filler with Dr Hass and honestly couldn’t recommend him more. He explained everything really clearly and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. He went through the whole procedure and explained all the risks in extreme detail so I felt really informed before starting.
I’m so happy with the results already – my under eyes look so much better and the hollow has improved a lot. I should have done this sooner!!

I had a very good and comfortable experience , everything went more then well amazing doctor and amazing support.

So, I’ll start off by saying that I was looking for a clinic that specialised in endolift for malar bags/festoons.

I’ve had malar bags/festoons since I was a child and I wanted to find a way to minimise its appearance without surgery. I had no interest in surgery.

I’m based in Dublin, Ireland and I had been doing research since last year November 2025 looking for a clinic that specialised in this. I had been sending out emails/messages and having phone calls with many clinics in Dublin and in London (UK) to find out more about this procedure.

That is when I came across Dr.Hass’ clinic in London. I didn’t mind travelling to the UK as I had seen all the positive reviews in regard to the procedures that he had been doing on other patients in the past.

Pre-Procedure:

I was messaging Dr. Hass’ sister (Clinic Coordinator) through WhatsApp about the procedure - shoutout to Noor. She was able to organise a call for me with Dr. Hass in which he was pretty much well informed and knowledgeable on the procedure of endolift for malar bags. I was sold on going to this clinic to have this procedure done. There is a deposit of £100 to secure your appointment which I paid a few days later.

My appointment was booked for Feb 2026 and I had already made the necessary arrangements in terms of flights and accommodation.

Procedure day:

Arriving at the door, he was very welcoming. Honestly, I wasn’t nervous at all as I had done my research and I felt like he was the best of the best.

Once I was sat down in the office, he went through the procedure again, had a look at the affected area and then I signed one last form which he gave me so much time to read. Of course there are downsides to the procedure but I knew what I was walking into.

Pictures were taken of the area before the procedure began. The numbing injections were the most painful part but I have a high pain tolerance, so I would give this a 4 out of 10. Once the numbing injections were done, then it was onto the endolift procedure. This part was not painful but I could definitely feel it under my skin. The numbing injections did their job and before I knew it the procedure was done.

During the procedure he made sure I was doing all good by asking if I was okay which I appreciated. The entire procedure including the signing of the forms, procedure chat and pictures took an hour.

After the procedure I was definitely swollen and I could see I was swollen on my cheek area but that was a given for this procedure and I knew this swelling would go down overtime. I could also feel the tightness around the area too. Dr. Hass did mention that there would be some bruising, but I’m on Day 7 now, a week after getting the procedure and I can tell you I got no bruising at all. There was only swelling and the areas were tender.

The aftercare instructions were provided straight after the procedure which were pretty helpful and there was a bruising/swelling cream (Arnicare Arnica) and skin repair cream (Avène Cicalfate+) which I had already bought before the procedure and used on the areas. These were very helpful for after the procedure.

Post-Procedure:

This is DAY 7.

The swelling has gone down significantly thanks to the creams. The areas are still tender and I feel slight tugs and pulls in the area but Dr. Hass ensured me that this was normal and the nerves are just settling down.

For this procedure, it takes 2-3 months to see results so I am being patient and hoping for the best. I have booked a 3-month review appointment in April so I’ll be going back to London to see Dr. Hass.

In the meantime, I am following the aftercare instructions, using the creams and I am also taking collagen sachets to boost collagen production which Dr. Hass recommended. I do send pictures to show the progress in the areas where the procedure was completed.

Also, I must add that Dr. Hass is literally a WhatsApp message away if I have any questions which I usually do - again I appreciate this!!

I had the Endolift treatment at Dr. Haas’s clinic in Mayfair yesterday and was amazed at the immediate skin tightening I experienced. The clinic is clean and serene, and Dr. Haas is very friendly and professional. I really appreciated his patience when answering all my questions about the procedure and recovery process. I recently underwent an endolift with Dr Hass
Firstly the clinic is lovely, welcoming and a calm and relaxing space.
If I’m honest I wasn’t nervous at all as I’d done my research on the procedure as well as Dr Hass so when I turned up and meet Dr Hass who was very approachable as well as knowledgeable about the treatment I was at total ease.
We discussed my goals, problem areas as well as what to expect.
We did some pictures and then the treatment started.
Local anaesthetic was administered (probably the most uncomfortable part, though roughly a 5/10 so not awful) and then the endolift “micro optical fibre” was inserted under my skin where needed. This didn’t hurt more than a 2/10 and most places I couldn’t feel it at all. My face and neck were treated and it took roughly an hour. Afterwards my skin immediately felt tighter and not really painful as everything was numb. After care was discussed and I left with a head compression garment that I needed to wear all the time for the first 3 days. This wasn’t a problem, though I didn’t really enjoy wearing it, but it did help with the swelling.
The next few days were a little uncomfortable and the swelling was present for about 3/4 days - though I went out and about and no one really noticed. I think I noticed more than anyone else.
Im writing this a week after the procedure and other than a bit of yellow from the bruising I’m basically back to normal.
Some places are a little tender to touch but nothing major.
I’m so happy with the results at a week out so when I’m fully healed (3 mths) I just know I’ll be over the moon as my lax skin issues will hopefully be gone (or a hell of a lot better)

All in all I’m so happy I chose to do this procedure with Dr Hass and would say to anyone looking to get it done that it’s 100% worth it, with a minimal downtime, easy recovery and a great alternative for a non surgical procedure at treating sagging skin issues. Yes it doesn’t replace a face lift but cost and recovery makes it a good possible stepping stone (or mid way point)

Dr Hass is hands down one of the most genuine, knowledgeable and professional people I’ve had an aesthetic treatment with and someone who I’d trust with my face.

I did find Dr. Hass after researching treatment for trap tox . I suffer from shoulder pain and saw only great reviews about his surgery. I got in touch and it was easy and fast making an appointment. I arrived at their beautiful Mayfair location, and Doc. Hass talked to me in detail ( making sure the result would be sufficient for my problems) about my issues and wishes. He was very understanding and very knowledgable. He advised me on dosage and after we agreed what would be suitable , he started marking the injection points. The injections were almost painless, he handled everything in a highly professional and kind manner. I got detailed after care instructions ( written and in person) and felt thoroughly understood and cared for.It was a very positive experience and excellent in method, professionalism and client / surgery communication .

I had a really positive experience with Dr Hass. From the initial consultation through to the treatment itself, he was patient, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly.
