Hi Muizz, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We take all feedback seriously, but after thoroughly checking our records, we have no record of a purchase, support interaction, or ban associated with your name or account - and we currently have zero banned members in our Discord server.

We also want to clarify that all of our transactions are processed through PayPal, which means it is never possible for us to simply "take" someone's money, PayPal's buyer protection allows you to open a dispute or request a chargeback through your bank at any time.

Given all of this, we genuinely have to ask: is it possible you may be thinking of a different business? There are competitors and resellers out there, and it's possible the experience you described happened with one of them rather than with us directly.

We'd love to get to the bottom of this. If you do believe you purchased from SecretSolver, please reach out to us directly with your order details and we will make it right.
