I've been following this guy for a long time and was always hesitant to get into real estate. I run a full time marketing agency and wanted to put my cash into a few other working places. I didn't think it was going to be this easy though. So, if you're reading this, as an honest reviewer, just pull the trigger. This is not some course... I felt like he really listened a lot to when I had questions. Great job guys.

I joined the Section 8 training because I was having difficulty understanding the overall process, especially the paperwork and inspection requirements. The training helped me organize the information and understand each part more clearly. I found the preparation guidance particularly useful because it helped me pay attention to details that I might otherwise have overlooked. Overall, it has been a positive and informative learning experience for me.

The mentorship has been helpful for understanding the different steps involved in growing a Section 8 real estate portfolio. I particularly value the community because there are opportunities to ask questions and learn from other members’ experiences. Seeing examples of actual deals and processes has also made some of the concepts easier to understand. Overall, the program has given me more clarity around the investment process.

I’ve been learning more about Section 8 real estate investing and came across Karim’s training. What I liked most was that the information was explained in a way that was actually easy to follow. Have gone through the program and must say the information and attention to detail is second to none of the others I've seen. The information is all broken down into sizable chunks and the mentors were very helpful and supportive whenever I had any questions. The new property finding software is a huge upgrade compared to the previous version too.

So this might be a different type of review but what I found with this program is that its focused more on taking action rather than watching videos. The system and strategy is straight forward and the coaches and resources help you move along the journey. The process empowered me to be more accountable and get in the "go get it" mindset. You need to take action though, otherwise it's not for you.
