After the initial mix up with type of transport required, all went well with the patient transfer. The crew were friendly and approachable. They arrived in the required time scale.
Very please with the experience of using ESCS.

Good communication throughout and fast service

One vehicle was late but the process was good. The team leader was disappointing in the second vehicle and not too aware. His organisation for his team was poor.

The crew arrived on time, they were willing to wait for the patinet who was initially unwilling to leave the ward. They were pleasant and professional throughout. Oh and gave us free pens, which is always good

My experience with ESCS was the worst. For a company that is so proud of its services and management they are not even close to the letter P of proud.

I have worked for the company not to long but not to little and I think for me it was more than enough. I have never felt isolated, alone and manipulated in my life, from both management and colleagues.

The hours, the management, colleagues all were excruciating. Being paid minimum wage both days and nights. Working hours more than the shift itself and still not getting paid for that extra hour.

I remember when reading, that the company from each staff gets paid £16 or £20
hourly, something like that. This is when someone asks the company for its services and how much they pay for each staff. Each staff before probation was earning £8 and after probation a little more. Funny, how much turnover and extra money the company was making on our backs and how much we were getting paid. It’s like a pyramid scheme.

A company so cheap, so fake, filled with liars. In the front of fake, cheap and repellent people the actual management and following the seniors and colleagues. The people who made a change in my life is my ‘manager’ and a lady in her late 50s, she was in a management position as well.

If someone had asked me how I felt about the company the time I left I don’t think I would’ve left a swear word behind. From the company I suffered pain and numerous stabs from behind. First and foremost my managers and some colleagues. A kind looking lady, she was not that good in personality neither her job as a ‘manager’. One thing you could say when looking at both ‘managers’ it was that they were unprofessional. Needless to say, the training was a waist of time. The other manager appeared a control-freak though and not trusting anyone. I bet if he could run the company on his own he would.

Now, though I thank them. If it hadn’t been for them I wouldn’t be in a professional company, I wouldn’t get paid what I deserve, I wouldn’t had met my manager. My manager is wonderful and professional. I wouldn’t have met my colleagues. ESCS did had good people to be fair. I distinguished three. In the end, is not the money, is the people you work with and feeling safe both financially and personally and the environment you work in. Money come and go, I’m not saying are not important. Why would anyone work for a well-paid company (something that this company wasn’t) but the work environment, the people and management are monsters? Every time I had to go to work I wished a problem would appear so I couldn’t go, I did not want to go, I was already looking for the time to finish before I even started, I was feeling so uncomfortable within my work environment and the people I worked with. I felt being judged daily. It’s not worth it. It’s like selling your soul to the underworld with these people.

This company caused me many troubles, bad memories, came across horrible characters and personalities who they only knew how to manipulate.
I don’t remember when the company was founded, I think it was around 2012 or maybe a bit later. How can a company being in the business industry for that long, which I am surprised of how is led and from whom, to not have a contract? I do hope CQC checks on them because they are not other but lies, fake, cover their backs people. Another fun fact about the company is that they claim to be secure. From what I witnessed the company does not take seriously their staff security nor its service users. I witnessed it with multiple vulnerable service users.

I thank them un the end, if it hadn’t been for them I wouldn’t be where I am now.

Its true when they say anyone you meet has something to teach to, either good or bad.

It was at very short notice that we contacted you in relation to taking one of our young people to the A&E Department at our local hospital. You were more than helpful and willing to take this request on, during this unsettling time with reference to COVID-19. You have shown to us your professional standing as an escort provider in relation to taking on this request from us at such short notice, which we are extremely grateful. When at the hospital you took time to make our young person feel comfortable and relaxed while they were waiting to be seen by the medical staff.
