Excellent service
We came home from holiday to find our patio door completely stuck and refusing to unlockânever a great situation after a trip away! I contacted Mirek, and from the very first message he was fantastic: quick to respond, clear about pricing, and incredibly professional.
He was able to come out the very next day, which was a huge relief. Not only did he fix the issue efficiently, but he also took the time to explain exactly what had caused the problem. Within no time at all, the door was working perfectly again.
Mirek is not only highly skilled but also genuinely friendly and approachable. Even our dog took a liking to himâand Mirek handled the âextra helpâ with great humour and patience!
Itâs also very reassuring to have a warranty on the work, which shows the confidence he has in his craftsmanship.
I wouldnât hesitate to recommend Mirek to anyone in need of a reliable, honest, and talented locksmith. Outstanding service from start to finish!

Excellent Service.
We contacted the company after searching for a local locksmith in the North Hykeham (LN6) area with excellent reviews. There was no emergency, just a sticking door and stiff locking mechanism that made it difficult to lock the door. Mirek arrived as arranged the next day and carried out the necessary adjustments quickly and efficiently and at the agreed price. I have two more doors that will need looking at when the weather warms up and those doors start to become a problem; I will not hesitate to ask Mirek to return and fix them for me.

Mirek messaged to say he'd be in the area the next day and that he could come to look at my cabinet which had a part of a key broken off inside.
He spent 30 or more minutes removing the broken parts of the key but didn't have the correct equipment to pick the lock on him, he didn't want to risk breaking my cabinet.
He wouldn't take any payment but just getting the parts of key out is a massive help.
