They are scamers I was trying to set up a JPay account to fund a phone for my brother and was directed to securetel by accident and I ended up signing up for an account not knowing and nowhere on the site does it have any plan prices doesn't tell you how much you're going to be charged they took $54 I then found out because my card was declined on another site that I wanted to sign up for I tried to call customer service I was made to wait and to end up getting a message saying that there was no agent available to take my call and it was in the morning time I called the next day I also sent an email stating that I wanted my account to be canceled and my money to be refund I did finally get in touch with a actual person the next day and they refunded me $35 of the $54 saying that because I initially created an account that they have policy where they keep $19.99 which is b.s. just the way for them to be able to steal money from the customer you don't have any customer service with the number and they don't show any price plans on the website so be careful when you sign up for this securtel yeah they suck and they are thieves and they are scammers and I would not recommend this service to anyone not no absolutely not I wish I can give you all no stars yeah

No only scammed 54$ They also will call you pretending to be the jail and asking for bail payments. How the hell do these scammers keep their website is beyond me.

This company is horrible i paid 54.84 for a three month service never able to receive one call asked for a refund they never come back to phone please never use this company. I’m 80 years old on a fixed income just wanted to talk to my grandson.

negative stars if i could...do not use them, they are a scam. I wasnt even done filling out the info and they charged my card 54.98. They need to be sued. Also when you call them no one answers,

If you’re thinking about using SecurTel, don’t walk away—RUN like a possum that just heard a shotgun rack. This company charged me for a 3-month “Special Jail Number,” then never activated a damn thing.
They kept sending robotic emails like I was talking to a magic 8-ball instead of a real human. When I asked for a refund, they tried to offer me postcards. POSTCARDS. Like I’m some Civil War widow sending letters home by horseback.

They ignore refunds, dodge calls, and hide behind automated messages. This whole setup feels like a bait-and-switch for desperate families trying to talk to loved ones in jail.

Save your money, your patience, and your blood pressure. Don’t touch this place with a ten-foot pole.

Correct Solution is the site that legit, I was on their site but couldn't login i forgot password and I was somehow connected with is company, I put in my card information and my bank rejected it, someone from this site told me my bank is going to send a message to my phone, when they do, say yes, I saw that this site tried to charge me 48.93 I didn't authorize!! My bank shut my card down immediately and did not let payment go through because it's a scam

I paid $49.98 it was charged to my account and was never received. How does that grab u they have all my info and money and won't return my money it went to the wrong facility.

Securely is a fraudulent company do not use them. Use some or someone else. You will pay them 49.98 and then their service doesn’t work at all. Then you try to call to cancel only to get beep beep beep and it hangs up on you. So after 8 months finally I reach a person only to be told they wrote me off my account is closed. It was never opened to start with. Jerks thrives. I hope they rot on the money.

I guess I am another victim of this company. The website is not legit at all. It did not show me the website and what they offer. It wanted me to sign up first and put my info in and when I seen what they charged I did not submit to it. It took my money out any way. Fraud!!!

They suck because they legally stole my money through a loophole by never mentioning a 20 dollar non refundable fee for doing nothing but checking the box to accepting the terms of agreement. The website mentioned the fees upfront but the mobile app doesn't. company makes you set up a fake phone number to use. Go to touchpay instead.

This company is a scam I would like everyone reading review be careful of this scamming company. Securely took my payment send me a wrong none working phone number costumer service don’t answer the call call assistance on line don’t help you either I would not recommend them to anyone scam

I was looking into how to call my son in jail. I found this site and filled out the information. When I saw the charges, I did not approve the final transaction. Within the hour, I called to ask for a full refund. Told only partial would be given. I refused, told to use email. The response was I had purchased the product. I will continue to fight this decision.

Wish we could give negative stars. It'd be -10. I didn't see these reviews before signing with this company. Very deceptive. Opened a request to cancel, they were referring fir a full refund. Received an email saying it had been referred, then nothing. So I responded to email asking for an update. The response was case closed. Sent question regarding case closed. The said because I had sent an additional question they closed the original case and opened a new one. Still no response on a refund. I again asked update? Response was to keep the service and try it out. No not useful. Then response about keeping a fee. I repeated that the service rep I talked within minutes of the transaction was processing for a full refund...no response yet

This company is the worst.I did not authorize a transaction.They somehow got ahold of very confidential information.Please do not use this company.They owe me 50.00 and are refusing to pay me.

Beware of this product. They do not provide good customer service. It took several attempts to get a refund because I got the wrong service for the facility. They withheld $19.99 from the refund as a "set up fee", even though I didn't finish setting up the account! This is one company that doesn't have a "the customer is always right" philosophy!

I was assured and re-assured this was the service used by the jail where my son was incarcerated. This is all new to me! I was prompted to add my card to accept calls from the jail so I paid $50 (minimum) only to find out RIVERSIDE COUNTY does NOT use this service. I tried the easy to access refund request button to no avail and all the responses to my emails said they were researching my refund request and to "NOT" contact my bank; I was also offered a credit to use an inmate postcard but the jail doesn't accept postcards or greeting cards of any type. After a bunch of back and forth emails with "Princess" I am still out $50 that I couldn't afford to lose. The real service that the jail uses is very, very close to the same name so be very careful when you do a Google search and confirm with the jail before you pay any money. They also tried to charge my account again the next month without my permission.

I recently received a call from someone in custody and was prompted to set up an account so that I could accept the call, obviously I felt it was time sensitive as I wanted to speak to the person on the phone, I quickly processed the questions and added my credit card assuming that I would be billed for my call that I was trying to accept. Long story short I was not connected to the call and then saw a charge for $49.95 on my credit card, I immediately called Securetel to be informed that if I cancelled there would be a $19.95 charge for setting up a secure number , I went back and forth in emails and was told I had to accept the terms or they would not process my $30 refund , i responded that I did not agree with the policy but accepted the refund of $30 . They kept emailing me mentioning that I accepted the terms when I didn’t.
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AS THEY USE DECEPTIVE TACTICS TO GET YOUR MONEY WITH REAL AUTHORIZATION
