Great designs, great customer service. Bought several awesome pairs of prescription glasses and sunglasses at the Van Aken location in Cleveland OH. They helped get my prescription for my computer lenses right even though my doctor wrote it wrong. Will be back!

Cute frames and i ordered 6 frames so far, since 2014 with 3 full progressive transition lenses
If i need to buy full pair i need to purchase two more for the special..
The company keeps telling me i had only bought one pair of glasses. Thats your records! I shopped at 2 San Francisco locations. The Marina closed. It was a cute frame but wasn't flattering once the lenses were put in
The other frames (one in red, one in purple) were flattering.
I reply to their email stating actually - i have bought more than one with the little black envelopes to show.
I reached a person today assuming it was the headquarters but may have been a location and after more of the corporate run around I asked do i smell a scam. Do i have time to continually do this? No i dont
She became very DEFENSIVE. And said treat the company with respect!! What? You advertise 5 glasses and one for free yet no one cares to update That’s your company *not respecting customers .. in today’s economy - the frames coupled w transitions and progressives are not cheap.
Should I report an illegal bait and switch?
they continually refuse to my follow up clarification email of which i sent last year and this year but no one answers that.
I tried 3 x’s over 13 months with several reply emails but the office ignores.
What do you make of it?

Very Stylish Where Form Meets Function. Lightweight frames and cutting edge tech meets an ever changing lineup of European style that tries to have something for everybody. I own three styles for driving, the beach, or work. They do prescription too, I believe.
