Private one-to-one work is rare on purpose. It is reserved for urgent situations: illness, injury, or a loved one (human or animal) who needs an empathic bridge now. Everyone else starts with Signals, Echo, or the library. That constraint is part of the brand: Nicole keeps private time scarce so she can show up fully for the work that needs it. A separate door for organizations.
