The seek pass only accepts work email addresses for your career history check.
When you work in a private domestic environment like I do, and have done both here and overseas for 20 years, a company email address is not needed.
I deal with companies world wide who accept a personal email address for correspondence.
The system makes me feel like a failure or that my work isn't recognised or appreciated simply because it's not linked to a company.

Reluctant to provide personal information
asking for the most private information nowadays to be stored electronically is very disappointing and flirting with danger. There are no guaranties that my personal details will not be hacked and used criminally.
Not providing them is the safest option.
SEEK should review its policy on this.

All my applications keep asking fir working rights and my certificate etc or digital identity it should be automatic by the information which have already mentioned and which has already been verified why all employers keep asking which makes your applications get jeopardised and failing all the times. It is rather silly to have to upload the licence again. It has expired and I have renewed, all I should need to do is change the expiry date, unless it is due for updated photo after 10yrs.
