DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

If I could give negative stars I would. I bought 2 blowers. One charger is for a EUROPEAN PLUG. Both only worked for 20 seconds and shut off.

I immediately contacted the company and the return policy says, if you open the package and/or if you take it out of the box, it is not eligible for return.

Regardless of reporting them to the States Attorney General, I cannot get a refund.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING, especially this blower.

IT'S A CONJOB!

Went around and around with these people. Denied everything and a refund. Got 4 responses from my complaints but only received the AI bs responses.
Here is what you do..... Contact your bank, give them all the info of what your going through and the problem with the product and they will go after them and get your money back. I contacted them and filed a transaction dispute and within 3 days had my money refunded.
You have 30 days from the day of ordering to file a dispute.

I love this Klaast blower! I see many negative reviews but I'm not experiencing this. I have some special use cases, one being clean-up of my WeCreat Engraver bed. This has saved me so much on canned air and is much better at the task.

Absolute shite bought car dryer portrayed in ad which is misleading couldn’t blow the froth off your cappuccino refund requested offered a cheap Chinese magnetic screwdriver in turn for my £50 purchase a coupon was issued and guess what you’ve got to buy more shit before you can use, absolute scam DO NOT USE

I totally agree with all reviewers. I bought a SeesePro from an ad I saw on the internet. After I got the unit I tried it for about 2 minutes and decided to return it.
Then began a number of exchanges with Lola and then Matias after I requested to talk to a Human rep.
As with others there began a aback and forth with their AI each time responding that the company policy was no refunds if the product was "used"
The internet ad clearly states a guaranteed 20 day return , with no questions asked.
I was well within the 30 day guaranteed 30 day period but to no avail. When I asked the AI bot for the company's address and CEOs name I quit hearing any replies. I did find a phone number (1-332-250-0240). but of course the mail box was full.
This is truly a scam and I will report to my State. I will also be contacting my credit card company to see if I can cancel that charge but I fear that it is too late.

Delivered damage from shipping. Broken fiberglass case due to shipping the product in a plastic bag with no protection!!!! They were so cheap to ship it in a box. For a month and a half of bull shit they finally gave me shipping address to send it back... to China!!! The shipping cost more than half of what product cost to ship it. They don't pay for the return shipping even if its damaged or defective. What a farce con job business. Beware of buying it!!! Horrible experience you can't even call them to speak all done by email! Lola on email is AI person to communicate with! There is no real person!

Do not buy one of these blower or two as I did. It does not deliver on the promises. It's poorly made. It over heats. It will not blow leaves or water off of a car. It just don't.

In January 2026, my package was delivered EMPTY -- it had been opened and resealed. Never had contact with a live human being. I gave Seese Pro a month to "investigate" and refund my $. Sent them photos of the package - front and back. When their AI generated email came back and said they found the order "complete," I filed a dispute with my bank. Since then, AI Seese Pro has generated two emails asking me to cancel the dispute to give them time to investigate. NO WAY! I will keep submitting negative reviews until this is settled correctly at their end. My bank has temporarily returned the funds to my account.

I would give them ZERO stars if I could. Do NOT buy from this company. If you want a small blower, order a cheaper one on Amazon.

I ordered 2 of the Seese mini blowers. I added extra batteries to my order and was happy to see they didn’t charge me extra. Then, I added on and additional $39 to upgrade one of them to the Seese Pro. My order confirmation stated:

Seese Pro blower 1
Batteries 4
$15 gift cards 2

I received
Klaast blower 2
Batteries 2
$15 gift cards ZERO

When I emailed the company they claim that although I ordered extra batteries, the blowers only come with one battery. Not my problem, that is the website malfunction.

I could have ordered 3 blowers and six batteries on Amazon for less than I paid. I have repeatedly asked them how I can return the items because I don’t want them. They refuse to give me the return information.

AWFUL company!! Save your money. It’s places like this that send people to Amazon instead of the small companies.

Oh, and not to mention, what I got was not even the Seese brand. COMPLETE AND TOTAL SCAM!!!

Do not purchase from this company!!!! Does not work. What they don't tell you is that you have to push button and stop in order for it to not over heat. Doesn't last for 5 minutes before battery becomes overheated. They will not except returns if opened and used. Please please do not purchase this item. SCAM! I sent to BBB

better than I thought it would be, strong wind and not too loud.

They did a bait and switch on me. I didn't even get a SEESE. I got some cheap no name brand in a cardboard box, thats it no case but a little box. For $104 I got hosed. I see no where to supply picture to attach.

I have been trying to get my order resent since 11/15/2025. It was not delivered to my address.
Multiple emails. Photos do not show my residence or neighborhood. SHOP sent a complaint email. No response. Their customer service is totally ridiculous. There is no phone number to call them. I am out nearly $100.00.

Une vraie catastrophe. L’appareil s’arrête au bout d’une ou deux minutes..il paraît qu’il doit refroidir, puis il ne redémarre qu’au bout de dix minutes… pour s’arrêter à nouveau presque immédiatement. Résultat : totalement inutilisable au quotidien. C’est d’autant plus dommage que, lorsqu’il fonctionne, le souffle est correct.

Je déconseille clairement cet achat. De plus, le retour est refusé si l’emballage d’origine a été ouvert, ce qui est aberrant pour un produit défectueux. Très mauvaise expérience globale.

This company is terrible! They never sent my complete order and they won’t respond to my requests for a refund. The product is trash! It runs for 30 seconds, then you have to wait for 10 minutes for it to cool down before using it again. DO NOT BUY! IT IS A SCAM!

Small size but huge power for driveway cleanup 💨

I ordered the product and it was never received.
It was ordered in December and it is late February.
Customer service consist of an AI response that is horrible and responds in loops.
Tracking number links do not work.
AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

Ordered Seese Power Blower. It never showed up though I was informed via tracking that it was delivered. Not porch pirates. I live at the end of a long country road. These guys are fraudulent. Stay away. Put your money back in your pocket.

Horrible, I was robbed, my dust blower never made it to my mailbox, even though I paid $32 for it, this company engages in fraudulent dynamics, deceiving the customers….
