Amazing customer service every part of the way. We had a conservatory built 10 years ago and we remain delighted with it. I needed info about installation when I was selling the house. They went out of their way to help me. Exceptional service.

It's the quality and service after installation that matters and they did not do either well.
10 years ago I had an installation (that looked fine) but after just 6 years the windows started 'blowing' ie condensation between the layers.
From 12 windows fitted, 6 had to be replaced under the 10 year guarantee. A further 2 have failed recently after the 10 year guarantee expired in April 2025.
They replaced the 6 without quibble but it was hard work for me. On 2 separate occasions the replacements were wrong - internal Georgian bars misaligned - it took them 5 months to get them right.
Another time a replacement order got 'lost'. The Customer Service Manager told me they are too busy to acknowledge an order so you have no way of knowing until you chase weeks later. You do not get a replacement installation date until they arrive in their warehouse. I think they sub-contract all manufacturing. He also told me in 2021 that triple glazing windows are more efficient but don't last as long. The salesman failed to mention that!
I found they often don't return calls and when they do their landline is poor quality like their windows.
When I requested to escalate my concerns to senior management I was told the Directors don't get involved. That alone should be a red flag to any prospective customer.

Who travelled from Kent each day and worked tirelessly and efficiently on a daily basis to complete the job to a highly professional standard. They even explained what they were doing and why at each stage of the installation. Therefore we would not hesitate in recommend SEH BAC to anyone looking for quality products and outstanding efficiency

Bad communications, bad commitment, don't care about customer request / demand, don't care about customer complain.

Very pleased with the new porch door and windows. The installer did an excellent job. However we're having to get the lock changed as there is a thumb turn mechanism on the inside of the door, instead of a key lock, and this is a security risk. We hadn't spotted this on the quotation. Also we kept being asked by the surveyor to sign the same contract over and over. Having said that the new door is much admired and a friend has asked who installed it as she needs a new door.
