The service was first class the men arrived on time they explained what they were g going to do they clean up each day before they left .
There was one window that was wrong but that is being put right next week wrong Glass was delivered.

Communication with Salesman/Designer was great, range of products and availability to customise was great. From installation onwards problems arose, installers weren't supplied with everything to complete the job in 1 visit and unfortunately caused some unexpected damage during install. Chase to remedy damage was unsatisfactory, had to argue over a replacement part costing £2/3 and then got no forewarning when someone came to drop it off. Reasonable cost for the quality of the product, and good finance options explained clearly to allow best choice to reduce cost to me.

Unfortunately the previous owners had the windows installed by these unprofessional charlatans. £500+ to transfer a warranty, as percentage of install cost??? £50-100 would be a reasonable admin fee for what is a paper exercise. Clearly they know their product is inferior, as the 10YR warranty is effectively made worthless and it's more cost effective to use local installers and repairers. Steer clear!

Excellent service provided by Nigel and Mark in respect of a bathroom window installation.

Right from the initial visit, the sales representative Oliver stood out for all the right reasons - no pressure, no pushy sales tactics, just honest, clear information about the products and pricing. It made such a difference to feel like I could make an informed decision without being “sold to.” The demonstrations were thorough and really helped me understand what I was getting.
The waiting time was very reasonable, and the whole payment process was straightforward and flexible, with options that made it easy to proceed.
A huge thank you to Marc and Nigel (from Maidstone department), who carried out the installation. They were absolutely brilliant - professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. What was expected to take two days was completed in just one, without any compromise on quality. They worked quickly, carefully, left no mess behind, and treated my home with real respect throughout.
The finish is excellent. Everything looks fantastic and functions perfectly.
Overall, a genuinely positive experience from beginning to end. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, honest service and high-quality workmanship.

Gav H fitted a new back door for me. He was very friendly and professional, took away all the rubbish and cleaned up well. I am very pleased with the door and work done.

We had a replacement conservatory for our 30 year old one which had a poly carbonate roof. The new one is modern glass with great tilda turn opening windows. The salesman was great, not pushy at all, project manager great as were the installation team. They gave us 3 years int free credit on half the cost which was great, and paid balance on credit card for security purposes. All worked perfectly, very professional, very pleased with finished product, warranty is 10 years. It was a big spend for us and so a big decision who to use, and we are very happy. Many Thxs

Good Experience and Highly Recommend. The salesperson was personable and professional. He worked with us in terms of options and timings and walked us through the whole process. Spent lots of time answering all our questions.

Really helpful sales person at local showroom to select a new composite front door. Delivery was quicker than expected. Great service from Nigel and Marc fitting, very clean and tidy, and only took a couple of hours with minimal noise disturbance to neighbours. Would highly recommend.

Unfortunately company made a mistake with size of our project, when it was pointed out they quoted a higher price despite it being their error. We cancelled the contract there and then. However, they have since called back to honour their original quote.

We’ve just completed our third order in as many years with Mark Heyward at SEHBAC, and once again the experience has been excellent. Mark always understands exactly what we’re looking for and is consistently on hand to advise and guide us on what will work best. His extensive industry knowledge gives us complete confidence in his advice. We are 100% satisfied with SEHBAC.

Today we had our new front door fitted after a very quick and efficient ordering process, again supported by Mark. Glen carried out the installation and, as always, he was friendly, professional, and smiling throughout. He’s an exceptionally skilled fitter, and we’ve been fortunate to have him work on previous orders too.

We’re delighted with the final result and will definitely be back in touch soon to place more orders.

We have been very impressed with the entire process of purchasing windows and doors through Fineline. Superb installation by Marc and Nigel, who carried out the work to the highest standard. They worked tirelessly as an excellent team to achieve our desired outcome.

Being one who is sceptical about warrenties I must say my experience with SEH BAC/Fineline windows was excellent.
Siobhan was very professional and helpfull throughout my question about warranty and making a claim. She delt with my enquiry quickly and has facilitated a replacement sealed unit for my window.

All the people involved were very knowledgeable and professional. definitely recommend.

All seemed well at first. I phoned their head office and made an appointment for a rep to visit and give us a quote
He was helpful and after a bit of negotiation with his boss, gave us a very good price. We paid a deposit and a few days later, the Surveyor arrived to take final measurements. It was clear from the outset that he was not happy with the initial measurements but assured us that the quote would be the same. However the next day we received an email from the Operations Manager stating that the measurements and cost had been underestimated and that we would have to pay another £1000, which was beyond our budget. Sadly we could not therefore proceed with the project and the Company needed some prodding before our deposit was returned. A pity because their product seemed very good and the initial quote was very competitive.

I’m in the process of buying windows from SEH BAC
And so far the experience has been very good
It’s still going through planning as I’m in a conservation area but SEH have taken all the hassle of me doing that which has made things very easy for me
Once the windows have been installed I’ll write an up to date review
