Great service from the initial meet through installation, good people to do business with.

We’ve just completed our third order in as many years with Mark Heyward at SEHBAC, and once again the experience has been excellent. Mark always understands exactly what we’re looking for and is consistently on hand to advise and guide us on what will work best. His extensive industry knowledge gives us complete confidence in his advice. We are 100% satisfied with SEHBAC.

Today we had our new front door fitted after a very quick and efficient ordering process, again supported by Mark. Glen carried out the installation and, as always, he was friendly, professional, and smiling throughout. He’s an exceptionally skilled fitter, and we’ve been fortunate to have him work on previous orders too.

We’re delighted with the final result and will definitely be back in touch soon to place more orders.

Very happy with our new windows from SEH BAC. From the initial sales process through to the instillation we found them to be very helpful and accommodating.
Tony and his partner came to fit the windows and we was very impressed with how quick and efficient they were in completing the job.

Our garage doors were 30 years old and needed replacing. Had a competitive quotation from SEH BAC who did a great job installing them. Big shout out to Andy & Aaron who fitted them.

The staff took their time to explain and demonstrate the options. No pressure and are happy we got the product we needed.

We had BAC windows before and were very pleased with them. The sales and surveyor were very good. However the two fitters are amazing. Both called Gavin. Hard working, very personable, helpful and accommodating. Great ambassadors for the company. The windows are superb.

Excellent communication with Sales (Ged Maloney), surveyor and the fitters (Paul & Lee) - very pleased with the job.
Paperwork (all emailed) said to pay the balance, on completion, to the fitters and gave details for paying by cheque. I twice rquested Bank details for transfer, these were not forthcoming. Fitters could not take a cheque; nor the Chelmsford showroom. Please update your paperwork to remove cheque payment as an option.

We recently had our old conservatory replaced by SEH BAC, and we could not be more delighted with the results. The entire team did a brilliant job from start to finish. We cannot praise their staff and guidance enough—they truly are fantastic people to deal with.
Dave and Carl, who carried out the fitting, were both extremely friendly and thoroughly professional throughout the process. Their attention to detail and dedication to their work were evident every step of the way.
Cliff and Kevin oversaw the project and consistently went out of their way to assist us, ensuring everything ran smoothly and addressing any questions we had promptly.
We also want to mention Mark Harris, who was incredibly helpful and accommodating when we needed to delay the start of the project. His understanding and support made the process much less stressful.
Overall, we highly recommend SEH BAC to anyone considering home improvements. Our experience has been exemplary, and we are extremely grateful to the entire team for their professionalism, friendliness, and outstanding service.

From showroom to finish we were very impressed with the organisation of the conservatory project. We were given a schedule of works which pretty much stuck to plan this enabled us to get on with our lives with minimal disruption. All of the contractors were polite and respectful of the house and surroundings. We are loving our new space. Thank you.

The process has been so pleasant. The showroom in chelmsford is amazing. There is so much choice of products to choose from and you can see what you are getting. Mark has been brilliant to deal with. Very knowledgeable and professional to work with.

When we ordered our windows, come the installation date, the wrong windows turned up, so installation did not go ahead. When windows and doors were installed, workmanship was really shoddy and various fitters were sent back to rectify the faults. Even the Sales Person that sold us the windows, got so fed up with the company and their inability to do anything properly, he left the company. Today, 22/11/2025, on unlocking the front door, on removing the key, the lock fell out and we were unable to lock the door and secure the house. I called SEHBAC and was assured someone would call me back and arrange to come and repair the lock. No one called back and the showroom is closed for the day, so we have no way of securing our house. Please don't waste your money on this sorry excuse of a window and door company. Their promises are just lip service and mean nothing

From sale to install it was an easy process. The install was done in one morning including fitting our catflap to the custom sized return we had.

Easy process from start to finish. Starting in the showroom experience to the installation.
Always keeping us informed and everyone was curtesy and arriving on time. Had a couple of little niggles that were sorted easily.

Very attentive and patient Ged was keen to explain all the products benefits

Our work on our conservatory was excellent.
The work started on the 8th October and was finished by the 16th October.
The whole team were methodical in all work that was undertaken.
Clean and careful.

Requested a quote for new windows. SEHBAC responded quickly and provided a quotation which we accepted.

Excellent service from the start (Mark Heyward at Chelmsford) to the fitters and scaffolders. Everything as it should be. Maybe not the cheapest - but I only wanted it done once!

The 2 installers Tony and Mike were excellent chaps, would definitely recommend SEHBAC the windows look fantastic and these 2 fitters did an excellent job They were very professional, completed the job with no issues .
